新型波导圆极化器的设计与研究

【摘要】:波导圆极化器是天线馈源系统中的重要组成部分,在反射面天线馈源系统中应用最为广泛。它的功能是实现线极化信号和圆极化信号之间的相互转换,其性能的好坏直接决定着整个馈源系统的优劣。本文的主要研究内容是隔板型圆极化器,它是一种可以实现左旋和右旋圆极化同时工作的微波器件。主要研究工作如下:1.波导圆极化器的分析和总结。通过深入学习有关波导圆极化器的文献,对其进行了归纳和总结,分析了各种类型的圆极化器的优势和缺点,重点分析了隔板型圆极化器。2.传统隔板型圆极化器的改进设计。传统的隔板型圆极化器具有结构紧促、易于加工等特点,但其相对工作带宽一般只能做到25%左右。本文对传统的隔板型圆极化器进行深入的研究和分析后,重新优化设计了阶梯隔板,最后设计了一款宽频带的改进型隔板圆极化器,其相对工作带宽达到了37%。3.新型波导圆极化器的研究和设计。通过深入学习和分析波导圆极化器,并结合正交模耦合器OMT(Ortho-Mode Transducer)方面的一些知识,提出了一种与传统隔板型圆极化器工作原理不同的新型波导圆极化器。同时,设计了一款工作在X波导的新型波导圆极化器,并设计了易于加工测试的实物加工结构。最后,通过对仿真结果和实物测试结果进行对比,验证了该新型波导圆极化器的正确性。虽然本文给出的新型波导圆极化器的相对工作带宽只有10%,但是相对于传统的隔板型圆极化器,它的结构设计及工作原理不同,因此有许多可以被研究和改进的地方。
[Abstract]:The waveguide circular polarizer is an important part of the antenna feed system. It is used most widely in the reflector antenna feed system. Its function is to realize the mutual conversion between the linear polarization signal and the circular polarization signal. The performance of the waveguide circular polarizer directly determines the quality and inferior of the whole feed system. The main research content of this paper is the baffle type round pole. The main research work is as follows: the analysis and summary of the 1. waveguide circular polarizers. Through the in-depth study of the literature about the waveguide circular polarizer, it has been summarized and summarized, the advantages and disadvantages of various types of circular polarizers are analyzed, and the emphasis is given to the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the circular polarizers. The improvement design of the traditional partition circular polarizer of the partition circular polarizer.2. is designed. The traditional partition circular polarizer has the characteristics of tight structure and easy processing, but the relative working bandwidth can only be about 25%. After deep research and analysis of the traditional baffle circular polarizer, this paper re optimizes the design of the staircase partition board. Finally, a wide-band improved diaphragm circular polarizer is designed. Its relative working bandwidth reaches the research and design of a new type of 37%.3. waveguide circular polarizer. A new waveguide circular polarizer working in the X waveguide is designed and the machining structure is designed to be easily machined. Finally, the correctness of the new waveguide circular polarizer is verified by comparing the simulation results with the physical test results. The relative working bandwidth of the new waveguide circular polarizer is only 10%, but relative to the traditional diaphragm type circular polarizer, its structure design and working principle are different, so there are many places that can be studied and improved.
