捷联组合惯导测试系统中的数据采集及处理

【摘要】:随着惯性技术发展,捷联惯导产品精度不断提高,对测试设备性能指标要求不断提高。在捷联惯导产品研发和生产测试过程中需要测试设备对捷联惯导产品进行检定和标定,并且获得导航中进行补偿的误差模型。为提高捷联惯导产品的导航精度,降低导航误差,所以对捷联惯导产品的专用测试设备的测试技术和测试方法进行研究和实现,且重点对捷联惯导产品的输出信号采集和处理进行研究和实现。本文首先对惯性导航技术和测试设备研究背景和研究现状简单介绍。其次,对捷联组合惯导测试系统中的数据采集和处理的设计方案进行详细说明;采用自主研发的通用变送模块实现多类型模拟信号调理和处理,自主研发基于PCI总线16路光耦隔离脉冲数据采集卡实现陀螺和加速度计多路脉冲同步计数,重点对数据采集单元的原理和设计方案进行阐述。最后对测试数据及误差进行分析。本课题研究的数据采集及处理部分解决了捷联组合惯导测试系统兼容多种型号惯导产品的检定和标定的需求。实现了 5路温度采集精度在±1℃以内,16路脉冲计数150KHz以内计数脉冲±1个脉冲误差以内,晶振时间基准1×10-9以内。本课题研究部分应用于测试系统中,且在工业现场经过长时间测试,运行稳定,获取数据准确,完全满足目前的捷联惯导产品性能标定的要求。本方案的实现,为捷联组合惯导测试系统的研制提供了工程实例参考,为类似数据采集和处理提供了相关的测试方法和工程经验。
[Abstract]:With the development of inertial technology, the precision of strapdown inertial navigation products has been improved, and the performance index of test equipment has been improved. In the process of research and development of strapdown inertial navigation products and production and testing, testing equipment is needed to calibrate and calibrate strapdown inertial navigation products, and the error models for compensation in navigation are obtained. In order to improve navigation accuracy and reduce navigation error of strapdown inertial navigation products, the test technology and test method of special test equipment for strapdown inertial navigation products are studied and implemented. The output signal acquisition and processing of strapdown inertial navigation products are studied and realized. This paper first introduces the research background and research status of inertial navigation technology and test equipment. Secondly, the design scheme of data acquisition and processing in Strapdown Integrated Inertial Navigation Test system is described in detail, and the multi-type analog signal conditioning and processing is realized by using the self-developed universal transmission module. Based on PCI bus 16-channel optocoupler isolation pulse data acquisition card is developed to realize multi-pulse synchronous counting of gyroscope and accelerometer. The principle and design scheme of data acquisition unit are described in detail. Finally, the test data and error are analyzed. The part of data acquisition and processing in this paper solves the requirement of verification and calibration of strapdown integrated inertial navigation system compatible with many types of inertial navigation products.
