基于多模态通道的配电自动化通信系统设计

【摘要】:配电自动化通信网的设计在配电自动化系统中起着至关重要的作用。远方数据采集、远方控制、故障定位与隔离、负荷转移等功能的实现都依赖于终端设备和主站之间的通信系统,可以说通信系统质量直接决定配电自动化系统性能的优劣,然而通信模式多种多样,每种模式的存在都有其各自适用范围,可能某种模式在某一系统中应用良好,但在其他系统中却不能正常工作。因此,针对不同情况制定出一套合理的通信系统尤为重要。实际工作中情况多变,必须要把基础理论和具体实际情况结合考虑,从经济性、可靠性、建设难易程度多方面综合考量,选出最适合当前系统的通信模式。论文主要工作如下:1.分析了不同通信方式的性能,主要从有线通信方式和无线通信方式两方面展开分析,总结了不同通信方式的优点和缺点:光纤成本越来越低,运用的场所也越来越多。DLC技术衰耗大,仍处于试验研究阶段。数传电台在负荷控制系统以及城市照明系统中得到广泛应用。扩频通信基于电力线,抗干扰强,前景良好。2.深入研究了光纤通信方案,对光纤通信方式的特点、功能、以及实施方案做了具体规划。在设计通信模式时应用了GPRS技术,对GPRS技术进行了详细的介绍,它可应用于远程、数据量较小、数据接收发出频率高的配电自动化系统,并提出了利用GPRS技术实现的通信方式。3.根据以上相关技术的研究,结合泰州供电公司的实际情况,分析了当前存在的问题和不足,对泰州供电公司的配电自动化通信方式从功能划分、通信分层、通信网结构、通信介质、实施方案几个方面进行合理设计。并结合自身工作经历,详细介绍了泰州域配用电通信网改造工程。4.在泰州市区完成配电自动化和通信网络的全覆盖,实现“三遥/二遥”、配电SCADA、馈线自动化、配电运行管理等功能,逐步提高调度员的远方控制能力,采用信息交换总线实现与相关系统的互联,充分发挥各项功能在调度管理中的应用。未来增加电网分析应用功能,以配电拓扑的分析应用和实用功能为基础,满足故障情况时系统快速自愈,有效提高区域内供电可靠性。
[Abstract]:The design of distribution automation communication network plays an important role in distribution automation system. The realization of remote data acquisition, remote control, fault location and isolation, load transfer and other functions all depend on the communication system between terminal equipment and main station. It can be said that the quality of communication system directly determines the performance of distribution automation system. However, there are a variety of communication modes, each mode has its own scope of application, one mode may be well used in one system, but it can not work properly in other systems. Therefore, it is very important to develop a reasonable communication system according to different situations. The situation in practice is changeable, so we must combine the basic theory with the actual situation, and choose the most suitable communication mode for the current system from the aspects of economy, reliability and construction difficulty. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1. This paper analyzes the performance of different communication modes, mainly from the aspects of wired communication mode and wireless communication mode, and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of different communication modes: the cost of optical fiber is getting lower and lower. More and more sites are used. DLC technology is still in the stage of experimental study. Data transmission station is widely used in load control system and city lighting system. Spread spectrum communication based on power line, strong anti-interference, good prospects. 2. In this paper, the scheme of optical fiber communication is deeply studied, and the characteristics, functions and implementation of the mode of optical fiber communication are planned. GPRS technology is applied in the design of communication mode, and GPRS technology is introduced in detail. It can be used in distribution automation system with remote, small data volume and high data receiving and sending frequency, and a communication mode .3. realized by GPRS technology is put forward. According to the above related technology research, combined with the actual situation of Taizhou Power supply Company, the existing problems and shortcomings are analyzed. The communication mode of distribution automation of Taizhou Power supply Company is divided into functions, communication layers and communication network structure. Communication medium, the implementation of several aspects of reasonable design. And combined with their own work experience, the Taizhou area distribution power communication network transformation project. 4. Complete distribution automation and communication network coverage in Taizhou urban area, realize the functions of "three remote / second remote", distribution SCADA, feeder automation, distribution operation management, etc., and gradually improve the dispatcher's remote control ability. The information exchange bus is used to realize the interconnection with related systems, and the application of all functions in dispatching management is brought into full play. In the future, the power network analysis and application functions will be added, based on the analysis, application and practical functions of the distribution topology, the system will be able to heal itself quickly in case of failure, and effectively improve the reliability of power supply in the area.
