物联网环境下的复杂装备闭环MRO服务研究与应用

【摘要】:随着生产力的提高和技术的进步,产品越来越趋于同质化,制造业的竞争越来越激烈,服务化转型已成为一种趋势和浪潮。MRO(Maintenance,Repair,Operation and Overhaul)服务是产品生命周期中期的维护、维修、大修、运行等服务活动的总称。MRO服务与生命周期其他阶段之间,以及MRO服务各子业务之间,都存在着密切的数据和信息联系。近年来,物联网相关技术得到了快速的发展,这为服务数据和信息的共享提供了技术基础。本文针对复杂装备MRO服务中的业务联系不足、数据不一致等问题,结合物联网技术,将闭环管理思想应用于复杂装备的MRO服务中,提出了物联网环境下的复杂装备闭环MRO服务原理与框架,建立了相应的业务模型和数据模型,并以中信重工机械股份有限公司的立磨装备作为案例进行了理论应用和系统开发。第一章介绍了论文的研究背景和研究意义,分析了相关领域的国内外研究现状,总结了现有研究的不足,并在此基础上提出了本文的研究内容与结构。第二章对物联网环境下的复杂装备闭环MRO服务原理与框架进行了研究。首先对复杂装备MRO服务的特点进行了总结和分析,然后论述了复杂装备的MRO服务的闭环原理,接着分析了复杂装备闭环MRO服务的物联网架构,最后提出了物联网环境下的复杂装备闭环MRO服务的技术体系。第三章对复杂装备闭环MRO服务业务建模问题进行了研究。首先建立了由外部闭环业务模型和内部闭环业务模型构成的复杂装备闭环MRO服务总体业务模型,然后对状态监测与故障诊断、MRO服务需求管理、MRO服务计划与执行、MRO服务总结等4个核心子业务过程进行研究,建立了相应的子业务模型。第四章对复杂装备闭环MRO服务数据建模问题进行了研究。首先,分析了复杂装备服务BOM的特点,并针对这些特点设计了复合式服务BOM结构,重点研究了该结构的设计要求、设计原理和构建过程。然后,分析了复杂装备闭环MRO服务数据的一致性需求。接着,针对具体装备的服务业务数据在不同服务主体之间不一致的问题,提出建立复杂装备闭环MRO服务业务数据联系模型,阐述了模型的原理。最后,将服务业务数据联系模型中的相关对象分为结构数据对象、元数据对象和联系对象,详细地给出了这些对象的描述,并通过这些对象建立了服务业务数据联系模型。第五章以中信重工机械股份有限公司的立磨装备作为案例,讨论了目前的服务模式和服务系统中存在的问题,在物联网环境下进行了闭环MRO服务系统的总体设计、模型建立与软件实现,验证了本文的理论研究成果。第六章对论文的研究工作进行了总结,归纳了本文的研究成果,并对未来的研究工作进行了展望。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of productivity and the progress of technology, the products tend to homogenize more and more, and the competition of manufacturing industry becomes more and more fierce. The service transformation has become a trend and tide. MRO (maintenance repair and overhaul) service is the maintenance, maintenance and overhaul of the mid-life cycle of the product. There are close data and information relationships between MRO services and other phases of the lifecycle, as well as between the sub-services of MRO services. In recent years, the Internet of things related technologies have been rapidly developed, which provides a technical basis for the sharing of service data and information. Aiming at the problems of insufficient business connection and inconsistent data in complex equipment MRO service, combined with the technology of Internet of things, this paper applies the closed-loop management idea to MRO service of complex equipment. This paper presents the closed loop MRO service principle and framework of complex equipment under the environment of the Internet of things, establishes the corresponding business model and data model, and takes the vertical mill equipment of CITIC heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd as a case for theoretical application and system development. The first chapter introduces the research background and significance of the paper, analyzes the domestic and foreign research status in related fields, summarizes the shortcomings of the existing research, and puts forward the research content and structure of this paper. In chapter 2, the principle and framework of closed-loop MRO service for complex equipment in Internet of things environment are studied. Firstly, the characteristics of MRO service of complex equipment are summarized and analyzed, then the closed-loop principle of MRO service of complex equipment is discussed, and then the Internet of things architecture of closed-loop MRO service of complex equipment is analyzed. Finally, a closed-loop MRO service system for complex equipment in the Internet of things environment is proposed. In chapter 3, closed-loop MRO service modeling of complex equipment is studied. Firstly, the general service model of complex equipment closed-loop MRO service is established, which is composed of external close-loop service model and internal close-loop service model. Then, four core sub-business processes of MRO service requirement management, MRO service planning and execution of MRO service summary, are studied, and the corresponding sub-service model is established. In chapter 4, closed-loop MRO service data modeling of complex equipment is studied. Firstly, the characteristics of complex equipment service BOM are analyzed, and the composite service BOM structure is designed according to these characteristics. The design requirements, design principles and construction process of the structure are studied emphatically. Then, the consistency requirements of closed loop MRO service data for complex equipment are analyzed. Then, aiming at the inconsistency of service data among different service agents, a closed loop MRO service data connection model for complex equipment is proposed, and the principle of the model is expounded. Finally, the related objects in the service business data association model are divided into structured data objects, metadata objects and contact objects. The description of these objects is given in detail, and the service business data association model is established through these objects. The fifth chapter takes the vertical mill equipment of CITIC heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. as an example, discusses the current service mode and the problems existing in the service system, carries on the overall design of the closed-loop MRO service system under the environment of the Internet of things. Model building and software implementation verify the theoretical research results of this paper. The sixth chapter summarizes the research work of this paper, summarizes the research results of this paper, and prospects the future research work.
