基于三角形SIW谐振腔的小型化平面缝隙天线研究

【摘要】:作为发射和接收信号的重要电子部件,天线和无线电子系统的发展趋势一样,都朝着小型化、集成化和高性能的方向迅猛发展。本文在三角形基片集成波导(SIW)谐振腔的基础上,首先设计并实现了工作在不同工作模式下的小型化SIW和半模基片集成波导(HMSIW)背腔缝隙线极化天线。接着基于背腔缝隙线极化天线提出了三角形SIW交叉十字缝背腔圆极化天线,通过调节腔体上两条辐射缝隙的长度差异,来引起天线谐振腔中两种简并模式的分裂,从而使得两缝隙辐射出的线极化电磁波,在某一频段内实现等幅度且相位差为90度,进而在远场叠加形成圆极化波。采用SIW技术实现的背腔缝隙天线不仅保留了传统金属背腔缝隙天线辐射性能高的优点,并且大大减小了天线体积,结构简单,剖面低,易于和平面电路集成,除此之外,由于使用的是三角形谐振腔体,和工作在相同模式且面积相同的矩形或圆形SIW谐振腔缝隙天线相比,三角形背腔缝隙天线能获得更高的辐射效率,结构更加紧凑,方便布局,易组阵。最后,为了说明三角形SIW背腔缝隙天线应用于阵列天线的可行性,基于三角形背腔缝隙线极化天线,利用三端口微带等功率分配器合理设计均匀馈电网络,组成1*4平面线极化阵列天线,该阵列结构紧凑,方向性强,旁瓣低。
[Abstract]:As an important electronic component for transmitting and receiving signals, the development trend of antenna and wireless electronic system has been developing rapidly in the direction of miniaturization, integration and high performance. Based on the triangular matrix integrated waveguide (SIW) resonator, this paper first designs and implements a miniaturized SIW and half work under different working modes. Model base plate integrated waveguide (HMSIW) slot line polarization antenna. Then a circular polarized antenna with a triangular SIW cross slit back cavity is proposed based on the slot line polarization antenna of the back cavity. By adjusting the length difference of two radiated gaps on the cavity, the split of two degenerate modes in the antenna resonator is caused, thus the lines emitted by the two slot are radiated. The polarization electromagnetic wave, which realizes the equal amplitude and the phase difference of 90 degrees in a certain frequency band, then forms the circular polarization wave in the far field. The back cavity slot antenna adopted by the SIW technology not only keeps the advantages of the high radiation performance of the traditional metal back cavity slot antenna, but also greatly reduces the antenna size, the structure is simple, the profile is low, and the plane electricity is easy to be with the plane. In addition, the triangular resonator antenna can obtain higher radiation efficiency, compact structure, convenient layout and easy array. Finally, in order to explain the triangular SIW back cavity gap days, the triangular cavity slot antenna can obtain higher radiation efficiency compared with the rectangular or circular SIW resonant cavity antenna with the same mode and area. The line should be used for the feasibility of the array antenna. Based on the triangle back cavity slot line polarization antenna, the uniform feed network is designed by the three port microstrip power divider, and the 1*4 planar linear polarized array antenna is formed. The array has compact structure, strong direction and low sidelobe.
