无线数据传输系统信号完整性研究
[Abstract]:With the increasing of the circuit speed and the improvement of the chip processing technology, the influence of the interconnect channel on the signal becomes more and more obvious, and the distortion of the signal has reached the degree of affecting the realization of the circuit function. A direct consequence of the progress of manufacturing technology is that the problem of signal integrity is widespread in the process of product design. If the signal integrity problem is not solved from the beginning of the product design, then the product after the design will not be able to work stably. With the rapid development of wireless communication technology, wireless technology is widely used in many fields. Wireless data transmission technology has the advantages of low cost, convenience, high stability and reliability, and can meet the needs of many fields. The signal integrity of wireless data transmission system is the basis to ensure the performance and stability of the system, so it is of great significance to study the signal integrity of wireless data transmission system. Aiming at the above problems, this paper takes the nRF series of wireless transceiver modules developed by Nordic Company as the object, and combines the advanced signal integrity simulation software to complete the signal integrity simulation analysis and research. The main work of this paper is as follows: according to the theory of signal integrity, the factors that affect the signal integrity of the system are studied in depth. The model is constructed and the theory is combined to explore the phenomena of reflection and crosstalk in high speed system to verify the solution of the signal integrity problem. Taking the wireless chip nRF24LU1 which works in the 2.4GHz~2.5GHz ISM band as the research object, the peripheral circuit design of the wireless digital transmission system is analyzed. The 2.4GHz1/4 wavelength antenna model is established by using the simulation software Ansoft HFSS, and the simulation analysis is made. Finally, the signal integrity is analyzed from the view of schematic diagram and printed circuit board. The key network is studied by using the advanced simulation software Altium designer Hyperlynx, and the electromagnetic compatibility research based on nRF24LU1 wireless module PCB is completed. Simulation results show that PCB crosstalk based on nRF24LU1 wireless data transmission module is acceptable and EMC is good.
