6~18 GHz宽带波导合成器设计

【摘要】:开发了一种6~18 GHz宽带四路波导合成器,以标准双脊波导WRD500D36为基础,开发出了脊波导E面分支合成结构和脊波导阻抗变换结构。最终实现的四路波导合成器在带内驻波2,插损0.5 d B,合成效率90%,并对该结构大功率合成的可行性进行了仿真预计。
[Abstract]:A 6 ~ 18 GHz broadband four-channel waveguide synthesizer is developed. Based on the standard double-ridge waveguide WRD500D36, the E-plane branching synthesis structure and the impedance transformation structure of the ridge waveguide are developed. Finally, the four-channel waveguide synthesizer is realized in the band with standing wave 2, insertion loss 0.5 dB, and synthesis efficiency 90. The feasibility of high power synthesis of the structure is predicted by simulation.
