TETRA数字集群系统与公众通信网互联互通的研究与实现

【摘要】:TETRA数字集群系统是一种专用的移动通信系统,广泛应用于公安、交通等各部门的指挥调度。公众通信网面向整个社会,是重要的基础设施。由于公众通信网具有覆盖范围广、发展成熟的优点,数字集群系统具有丰富的指挥调度功能,所以数字集群系统和公众通信网将在通信领域长期共存。因此,TETRA数字集群系统和公众通信网的互联互通具有重要的实用价值。本文在综述了国内外各种数字集群系统与公众通信网互连互通研究现状的基础上,首先分析了 TETRA数字集群系统与公众通信网互联互通的架构、各组件的功能以及SIP消息与TETRA信令的映射关系,详细描述了 TETRA数字集群系统呼叫公众通信网呼叫许可、呼叫取消和呼叫拒绝以及公众通信网呼叫TETRA数字集群系统呼叫许可、呼叫取消和呼叫拒绝的信令流程;然后,设计了核心模块TETRA-SIP 网关的结构、TETRA-SIP 网关与 MSC 的接口 TS-M、TETRA-SIP 网关与媒体网关的接口 TS-G以及TETRA-SIP网关与SIP-PSTN网关的接口 TS-S,描述了呼叫控制、信道分配和释放的PDU,并给出了 TETRA-SIP网关的主流程、TETRA模块、SIP模块以及媒体协商模块的处理流程;其次,基于Linux操作系统,利用oSIP与eXosip协议栈和C语言,开发了 TETRA-SIP网关的主程序、TETRA模块、SIP模块以及媒体协商模块,实现了映射TETRA信令和SIP消息的功能;最后,对TETRA数字集群系统呼叫公众通信网呼叫许可、呼叫取消和呼叫拒绝以及公众通信网呼叫TETRA数字集群系统呼叫许可、呼叫取消和呼叫拒绝等流程进行了测试,测试结果表明,TETRA-SIP网关实现了 TETRA数字集群系统与公众通信网互联互通的功能,满足设计要求。
[Abstract]:TETRA digital trunking system is a special mobile communication system, which is widely used in police, traffic and other departments of command and scheduling. The public communication network is an important infrastructure for the whole society. Because the public communication network has the advantages of wide coverage and mature development, the digital trunking system has rich command and scheduling functions, so the digital trunking system and the public communication network will coexist in the communication field for a long time. Therefore, the interconnection between TETRA digital trunking system and public communication network has important practical value. On the basis of summarizing the research status of interconnection between digital trunking system and public communication network at home and abroad, this paper first analyzes the architecture of interconnection between TETRA digital trunking system and public communication network. The functions of each component and the mapping relationship between SIP messages and TETRA signaling are described in detail. The TETRA digital trunking system call permission, call cancellation and rejection, and public communication network call permission for TETRA digital trunking system are described in detail. Then, the structure of the core module TETRA-SIP gateway is designed, which is the interface between TETRA-SIP gateway and MSC and the interface between TS-MnTETRA-SIP gateway and media gateway, and the interface between TETRA-SIP gateway and SIP-PSTN gateway, and the interface between TETRA-SIP gateway and SIP-PSTN gateway. The main flow chart of TETRA-SIP gateway is given. The main flow chart of TETRA-SIP gateway is the module of Tetra and the processing flow of media negotiation module. Secondly, based on the Linux operating system, the protocol stack and C language of oSIP and eXosip are used. In this paper, the main program of TETRA-SIP gateway is developed, which includes the module of TETRA-SIP and the module of media negotiation, which realizes the function of mapping TETRA signaling and SIP message. Finally, for the TETRA digital trunking system to call the public communication network call permission, Call cancellation and rejection, as well as public communication network call TETRA digital trunking system call permission, call cancellation and call rejection processes were tested. The test results show that TETRA-SIP gateway realizes the function of interconnection between TETRA digital trunking system and public communication network and meets the design requirements.
