北斗导航终端射频模块自动测试系统研究
[Abstract]:Beidou satellite navigation is a navigation system independently developed by our country to provide navigation and positioning services for our country. In Beidou satellite navigation system, radio frequency module component, as an important part of navigation system terminal, directly affects the normal transmitting and receiving of navigation system. Therefore, the requirements of radio frequency module are very strict. The radio frequency module index mainly refers to the channel gain, the input and output standing wave ratio, the noise coefficient, the if frequency 3dB bandwidth, the transmission power and so on. Then ensure the normal operation of the whole navigation terminal. Therefore, how to accurately, quickly and effectively test these radio-frequency indicators has become an urgent problem to be studied. In order to solve the problem of fast and effective testing of radio frequency module, this paper studies the automatic test system of radio frequency module in Beidou navigation terminal. An automatic test system based on spectrometer and GPIB is developed by using VB software. This system mainly tests some indexes of the transceiver part of the Beidou RF module. Because of the limited space, we only study some indexes of the channel part and the power amplifier part which can be tested by using only the spectrometer. The automatic test system mainly introduces the design of the whole scheme of the automatic test system and the construction of the hardware test platform and the module partition of the software part respectively. After the design of the automatic test system is completed and the calibration work is completed, these indexes are tested by manual and automatic test methods, and the test results are compared, and the advantages of the automatic test system and its improvement scheme are summarized. In this paper, the radio frequency module developed by Hebei Jinghe Electronics Company is taken as the test object, which verifies the practicability, reliability and saving of manpower and material resources of the automatic test system. It has the research value and the social value.
