保定电信光接入网工程系统设计

【摘要】:发展宽带接入最有效的解决方法就是光接入网。电信运营商根据业务发展提出的相应的建设方案,在“宽带中国、光网城市”全光城市的网络建设的背景下,需要有一个全面、有参考价值的建设方案。本文针对国内外光接入网的发展动态,选题的背景及意义,介绍了光接入网技术和应用、PON的基本原理、网络构成、体系架构和以及相关的技术,对比了EPON和GPON技术。针对接入网目标架构、主要技术指标,结合保定电信光接入网现状及设计总体要求、设计原则,给出了光接入网实现方案,从接入方式、有效传输距离及造价分析对比了该小区两种接入方式的差异及详细设计过程。根据目前运营商已建住宅、新建小区、农村地区三类不同场景,分类介绍网络架构及ODN组网方案,并对比介绍了改造小区和新建小区的造价,基于前文介绍的方法应用到保定涿州军欣家园小区和涞源西关新村,作为案例来介绍。通过保定电信光接入网工程系统设计,针对保定电信现状分类制定了组网模式。为进一步提高农村接入网建设的经济效益,提出了自有或共享其他弱电杆路使用非绝缘金具架设自承式光缆、共享电力杆路使用绝缘金具在电力杆上架设自承式光缆,有效的降低工程投资。
[Abstract]:The most effective way to develop broadband access is optical access network. Under the background of "broadband China, optical network city" network construction of all-optical city, telecom operators need to have a comprehensive and valuable construction plan according to the corresponding construction plan of service development. In view of the development trend of optical access network at home and abroad, the background and significance of the selected topic, this paper introduces the technology of optical access network and the basic principle, network structure, architecture and related technologies of optical access network, and compares the technology of EPON and GPON. In view of the target structure, main technical index, current situation and general design requirements of Baoding telecommunication optical access network, the realization scheme of optical access network is given, which is based on the access mode. The effective transmission distance and cost are analyzed and compared between the two access modes and the detailed design process. According to the three kinds of different scenarios, the network architecture and the ODN network scheme are classified and introduced, and the cost of transforming the residential area and the newly built residential area is compared. Based on the previous introduction of the method applied to Baoding Zhuozhou Junxin Home and Laiyuan Xiguan New Village, as a case to introduce. According to the design of Baoding telecom optical access network system, the network model is established according to the status quo of Baoding telecom. In order to further improve the economic benefit of rural access network construction, it is put forward that the self-supporting optical fiber cable should be set up by using non-insulating gold fittings and the self-bearing optical fiber cable should be set up on the power pole by using non-insulating hardware for the own or sharing of other weak electric rods. Effectively reduce project investment.
