甘肃省无线电监测网组网设计
[Abstract]:As an important carrier of radio service, radio spectrum is an important basic strategic resource of our country. With the deepening of the contradiction between the supply and demand of radio spectrum resources and the increasing complexity of electromagnetic environment, new requirements are put forward for the effective utilization of spectrum resources, and higher requirements are put forward for the technical means and methods of radio management. As an important part of radio management, radio monitoring is an important technical means of radio management, such as radio frequency planning and distribution, radio station approval and management, electromagnetic environment monitoring, radio interference detection and handling, and so on. The construction of a radio monitoring network with wide coverage, advanced technology and complete functions is an important technical support and scientific basis for rational planning of frequency resources and maintenance of radio wave order. According to the requirements of radio monitoring network construction in the 13th Five-Year Plan of Gansu Radio Management, this paper analyzes the location of monitoring station, the direction finding system, the monitoring receiver and the monitoring antenna. This paper introduces the bus carrying monitoring equipment to form a dynamic monitoring station to form a network, and combines the special geographical environment of our province and the construction of radio monitoring equipment, puts forward a radio monitoring network scheme that meets the management needs of our province. Finally, taking the construction of Lanzhou radio monitoring network as an example, this paper analyzes the application of the network design scheme, and verifies the realization of the radio monitoring network function. Through the construction of a provincial radio monitoring network, the integration of all monitoring equipment is not only realized by connecting fixed monitoring stations, small monitoring stations, mobile monitoring stations and dynamic monitoring stations composed of buses and monitoring equipment. The work efficiency is greatly improved, and the monitoring blind area of fixed monitoring station is made up, and the effective coverage area of radio monitoring network is greatly improved. At the same time, it also reduces the cost of construction. With the development of economy and society, the radio monitoring network of our province needs to be further optimized and upgraded to realize the precision monitoring of key areas such as civil aviation, railway and so on. According to the construction of radio monitoring network and frequency spectrum monitoring, the monitoring equipment of buses also needs to be updated and upgraded.
