工业通信网络现有架构的梳理总结和未来运营商的发展策略

【摘要】:工业通信网络向网络化、数字化、智能化方向发展,已经不能被视为简单的通信网络,而是组成自动化控制系统的关键子系统。从现有的工业通信网络系统架构出发,对工业模型进行了系统梳理,将其划分为企业外部和企业内部,现有的架构主要集中于制造企业内部工厂内,主要参考ISA-95模型,包含现场级、控制机、车间级和工厂级4层,每层之间的网络配置和管理策略相互独立。然后详细分析了现有的工业网络技术体系和面向制造业未来发展的网络升级需求,最后提出通信运营商的发展策略。
[Abstract]:Industrial communication network is developing towards network, digitalization and intelligence. It can not be regarded as a simple communication network, but a key subsystem of automatic control system. Starting from the existing industrial communication network system architecture, this paper systematically combs the industrial model and divides it into external and internal enterprises. The existing framework is mainly concentrated in the factories of manufacturing enterprises, and mainly refers to the ISA-95 model. It consists of four layers: field level, control machine, workshop level and factory level. The network configuration and management policy between each layer is independent. Then it analyzes the existing industrial network technology system and the network upgrade demand for the future development of manufacturing industry in detail, and finally puts forward the development strategy of the communication operators.
