Panel污渍分析及改善探究

【摘要】:Panel污渍是TFT-LCD生产中一种常见的不良,它直接影响到产品的画面品质和出售价格,降低产品竞争力。本文通过研究发现大量panel污渍是摩擦产生的含Si元素杂质导致。实验表明:降低制品膜面的粗糙度,使杂质更易去除;通过提升摩擦后的清洗能力,也能有效去除杂质,一定程度降低了panel污渍发生率;而最后通过导入C系列摩擦布,使摩擦过程中产生极少杂质。通过导入以上3种改善措施,最终将55UHD产品的panel污渍发生率从8.2%降至0.2%。
[Abstract]:Panel stain is a common bad in the production of TFT-LCD. It directly affects the picture quality and sale price of the product and reduces the competitiveness of the product. In this paper, it is found that a large number of panel stains are caused by impurities containing Si elements produced by friction. The experimental results show that the roughness of the film surface of the product is reduced, the impurities are removed more easily, and the impurities can be removed effectively by raising the cleaning ability after friction, and the incidence of panel stains is reduced to a certain extent. Finally, by introducing C series friction cloth, very few impurities are produced in the friction process. By introducing the above three improvement measures, the incidence of panel stains in 55UHD products was reduced from 8.2% to 0.2%.
