基于全息调制表面电磁能量收集天线技术研究

【摘要】:全息调制表面作为人工电磁表面的一种,具有结构简单、剖面低、高增益、易共形等优良特性,并为电磁波的精确调控提供了新的可能。电磁能量收集在能量收集领域属于后起之秀,近来由于空间电磁能量急剧增长和其不受时间空间影响等优势,让其在不远的将来为无线传感器网络和无线设备供电成为可能。将全息调制表面技术应用于电磁能量收集是一件极富意义的工作,有很大的理论研究空间和实际应用价值。国内外科研团队在人工电磁表面和电磁能量收集领域展开了深入研究,但将二者结合的研究工作还处于起步阶段。本文为将全息调制表面天线应用于电磁能量收集领域,重点展开了以下研究工作:一、针对传统中心馈电全息表面天线主波束辐射方向存在凹陷的现象,通过改变全息阻抗表面调制函数和馈源位置的方式,将主波束方向零点消除。二、借鉴巴比涅原理,采用全息表面的互补结构作为全息天线的地面。通过全息结构和其互补结构的强烈近场耦合作用引导表面电流向边沿传播,更均匀的表面电流分布有效提高了天线增益。三、基于全息调制表面生成思想,改变目标辐射波函数和馈源位置,设计出双波束和圆锥波束全息表面天线。通过将全息表面划分为四象限,每个象限独立辐射一列波束的设计思想,实现全息表面天线四波束辐射。将全息调制表面天线用于电磁能量收集领域,并转化为实际应用为无线装备供能还有若干亟待研究的问题。多极化全息表面接收天线和宽频带电磁能量收集系统的设计,可以有效提高自由空间电磁能量收集效率;超低输入功率下整流电路的高转化效率和有效的功率管理单元设计是保证科学研究走向实际应用的关键。
[Abstract]:As a kind of artificial electromagnetic surface, holographic modulated surface has the advantages of simple structure, low profile, high gain, easy conformal, and provides new possibilities for accurate control of electromagnetic wave. Electromagnetic energy collection is a rising star in the field of energy collection. Recently, due to the rapid growth of space electromagnetic energy and its independence from the influence of time and space, it is possible to power wireless sensor networks and wireless devices in the near future. The application of holographic modulation surface technology to electromagnetic energy collection is of great significance and has great theoretical research space and practical application value. The research teams at home and abroad have carried out in-depth research in the field of artificial electromagnetic surface and electromagnetic energy collection, but the research work of combining the two is still in its infancy. In order to apply holographic modulated surface antenna to the field of electromagnetic energy collection, the following research work has been carried out in this paper: firstly, the main beam radiation direction of the traditional center fed holographic surface antenna is depressed. The azimuth of the main beam is eliminated by changing the surface modulation function of the holographic impedance and the position of the feed. Secondly, the complementary structure of holographic surface is used as the ground of holographic antenna. The strong near-field coupling between the holographic structure and its complementary structure leads the surface current to propagate to the edge, and a more uniform distribution of the surface current increases the antenna gain effectively. Thirdly, based on the idea of holographic modulation surface generation, a double beam and conical beam holographic surface antenna is designed by changing the target radiation wave function and feed position. By dividing the holographic surface into four quadrants, each quadrant radiates an independent array of beams to realize the four-beam radiation of the holographic surface antenna. The application of holographic modulated surface antenna in the field of electromagnetic energy collection and its practical application to wireless equipment still need to be studied. The design of multi-polarization holographic surface receiving antenna and broadband electromagnetic energy collection system can effectively improve the efficiency of electromagnetic energy collection in free space. The high conversion efficiency and effective power management unit design of the rectifier circuit under ultra-low input power are the key to ensure the scientific research to be applied in practice.
