大型环形桁架天线柔性包带展开动力学仿真与实验研究

【摘要】:柔性包带作为一种大型环形桁架天线的关键部件,解锁释放后的展开动力学行为对大型可展开天线的可靠展开具有重要影响.包带展开过程呈现大位移、大转动、大变形的特点,属典型的柔性体几何非线性范畴,其展开动力学行为异常复杂.文中基于10 m级大型可展开天线的柔性包带特性与功能要求,采用几何精确法建立了柔性包带的展开动力学数值分析模型,通过研究识别了影响展开动力学特性的关键参数,开展了常温及高低温下的展开试验验证,试验与数值分析结果相符,验证了数值分析结果的有效性
[Abstract]:As a key component of a large annular truss antenna, the unlocking and releasing dynamic behavior of flexible tape plays an important role in the reliable deployment of large deployable antenna. The process of belt expansion is characterized by large displacement, large rotation and large deformation. It belongs to the typical geometric nonlinear category of flexible body, and its dynamic behavior of expansion is extremely complex. Based on the flexible tape characteristics and functional requirements of a 10 m scale deployable antenna, a numerical analysis model of the expansion dynamics of the flexible tape is established by using the geometric precision method, and the key parameters affecting the dynamic characteristics of the expansion are identified. The experimental results at room temperature and at high and low temperature are verified, and the results are in agreement with the results of numerical analysis. The validity of the numerical analysis results is verified.
