基于RFID冷链物联网应用系统设计

【摘要】:冷链运输(Cold-chain transportation),是指在运输过程中物品始终处于一定的低温环境下以便使运输物品不变质,并且可以从海、陆、空三个途径运输。针对目前在冷链运输过程中车内温度,位置和商品信息不能实时监控的现状,尤其是温度信息,目前都是在车内安装独立温度监测仪,温度数据具有滞后性,这样就会增加食品变质的腐烂的概率,并导致相关责任的追究。RFID射频技术在当下物联网应用中十分广泛,论文针对以上冷链运输的背景设计并实现了基于RFID的冷链物联网应用系统。该系统主要由车载终端和监测中心组成,车载终端由STC12C5A60S2单片机、SIM900B无线通信模块、GPS定位模块UBLOX NEO 6M,RFID射频模块和温度采集模块组成。监测中心为电脑监测终端和移动手机监测终端。该系统可以完成对冷链运输车内物品信息、温度、位置等信息的实时数据采集、预处理和发送功能。通过对车载终端和监测终端的设计,完成了各个模块的功能连接,最后通过STC12C5A60S2开发板及相关软硬件开发工具对RFID射频模块、GPS定位模块、温度数据采集模块与GPRS无线传输模块进行实验测试,测试验证了该系统具有对冷链运输车的实时定位功能、温度实时监测功能,并成功将这些信息以短消息的方式无线传输给监测终端设备。
[Abstract]:Cold chain transportation (Cold-chain transportation),) means that the goods are always in a certain low temperature environment in order to make the transport goods do not deteriorate, and can be transported by sea, land and air. In view of the current situation that temperature, position and commodity information can not be monitored in real time in the process of cold chain transportation, especially the temperature information, the independent temperature monitor is installed in the vehicle at present, and the temperature data is lagging behind. This will increase the probability of food spoilage and lead to accountability. RFID radio frequency technology is widely used in the Internet of things. This paper designs and implements the cold chain internet of things application system based on RFID for the background of cold chain transportation. The system is mainly composed of vehicle terminal and monitoring center. The vehicle terminal is composed of STC12C5A60S2 single chip microcomputer, SIM900B wireless communication module, GPS positioning module UBLOX NEO 6MU RFID RF module and temperature acquisition module. Monitoring center for computer monitoring terminal and mobile phone monitoring terminal. The system can collect, preprocess and send real time data of the information of goods, temperature and position in the cold chain transport vehicle. Through the design of the vehicle terminal and the monitoring terminal, the functional connection of each module is completed. Finally, through the STC12C5A60S2 development board and related software and hardware development tools, the RFID RF module and the GPS positioning module are designed. The temperature data acquisition module and the GPRS wireless transmission module are tested. The test results show that the system has the function of real time positioning and real time temperature monitoring for the cold chain transport vehicle. And the information is successfully transmitted to the monitoring terminal device by a short message.
