小型宽频带手机天线的研究与设计

【摘要】:天线是手机设备的重要部件,影响到手机的通讯质量。同时满足小型化、宽带化、多频化是手机天线设计的目标,难点在于覆盖低频段LTE700,拓宽低频段带宽会引起天线尺寸增大,不易实现小型化。针对智能手机对天线小型化与多频化的需求,本文设计了四款新型缝隙型手机天线,具体如下:(1)设计了一款混合缝隙型手机天线,缝隙结构分别是矩形状和由矩形、圆形构成的混合形状,天线-6dB带宽测试值为:0.695-0.805GHz,1.5-3.2GHz,4-15GHz。覆盖了LTE700、DCS1800、PCS1900、UMTS、LTE2300、LTE2500、GPS、WLAN、UWB的高频段。(2)设计了一款矩形缝隙天线,馈电结构采用弯折形状,分布在缝隙内边缘。天线-6dB带宽测试值为:0.82-1.1GHz,2.15-3GHz。覆盖了GSM850、GSM900、LTE2300、LTE2500、WLAN。(3)在矩形缝隙天线的基础上,在电路板顶端垂直加载非对称结构的C形金属条来拓宽天线的带宽。实测天线-6dB带宽测试值为:0.73-1GHz,2.2-3GHz。覆盖了GSM850、GSM900、LTE2300、LTE2500、WLAN。(4)对加载C形条的矩形缝隙天线进一步优化,通过在缝隙中加载电容来拓宽带宽,天线-6dB带宽测试值为:0.7-1.2GHz,2.2-3GHz。覆盖了LTE700、GSM850、GSM900、LTE2300、LTE2500、WLAN。
[Abstract]:Antenna is an important component of mobile phone equipment, which affects the communication quality of mobile phone. At the same time to meet the needs of miniaturization broadband and multi-frequency is the goal of antenna design. The difficulty is that coverage of low frequency band LTE700, widening low frequency band bandwidth will cause antenna size increase which is difficult to achieve miniaturization. In order to meet the demand of smart phone for antenna miniaturization and multi-frequency, four new slot cell phone antennas are designed as follows: (1) A hybrid slot cell phone antenna is designed. The slot structure is rectangular and rectangular, respectively. The measured values of the antenna-6dB bandwidth are: 0.695-0.805GHz, 1.5-3.2GHz, 4-15GHz. It covers the high frequency band of LTE700,DCS1800,PCS1900,UMTS,LTE2300,LTE2500,GPS,WLAN,UWB. (2) A rectangular slot antenna is designed. The antenna-6dB bandwidth is 0.82-1.1 GHz ~ 2.15-3 GHz. Based on the rectangular slot antenna, GSM850,GSM900,LTE2300,LTE2500,WLAN. (3) is covered with a C-shaped metal strip vertically loaded on the top of the circuit board to widen the bandwidth of the antenna. The measured antenna-6dB bandwidth is 0.73-1GHz ~ 2.2-3GHz. The rectangular slot antenna loaded with C-bar is further optimized by covering GSM850,GSM900,LTE2300,LTE2500,WLAN. (4). The bandwidth is widened by loading capacitance in the slot. The measured value of the antenna 6dB bandwidth is 0.7-1.2 GHz ~ 2.2-3 GHz. Covered LTE700,GSM850,GSM900,LTE2300,LTE2500,WLAN.
