蓝牙转FM车载充电器设计与实现

【摘要】:汽车和移动设备(手机和平板电脑)越来越多的进入了中国人的家庭,于是产生了在汽车上使用移动设备的需求。比如将手机的音乐通过汽车音响播放,利用汽车音响播报手机的导航信息,利用汽车的电源给移动设备充电。本论文为满足以上众多功能需求,开发了一种具有优良性能的蓝牙转FM(调频广播)的车载充电器。该汽车电子产品综合采用传统蓝牙技术、FM发射机技术和车载电源快速充电技术,设计一个带充电功能的车载音乐播放器,将车载电源、用户手机和汽车音响组合在一起,为用户服务。本文的主要研究内容包括:(1)硬件实现:电源部分选用专用的车充电源芯片,具有输入电压宽范围、输出电流能力强和保护功能齐全的特点。配合专用的USB充电协议识别芯片,可以支持苹果手机和平板充电协议、三星手机和平板充电协议、一般安卓手机和平板充电协议。蓝牙部分选用CSR公司的蓝牙芯片,支持蓝牙协议V4.2,支持A2DP和Handset协议。FM部分选用RDA公司的FM发射芯片。主控部分选用STC15系列51内核单片机,负责蓝牙部分电源,按键和LED的控制,以及通过I2C总线控制FM芯片。(2)软件实现:主控软件采用Keil C51集成开发环境。蓝牙软件采用了ConfigTool-CSR8600 ROM series参数设置软件。(3)测试验证:最后通过测试FM的RF性能以及音频性能、USB充电器的电气性能、整机的音频特性,验证了本开发产品的实用性。
[Abstract]:Cars and mobile devices (mobile phones and tablets) are increasingly entering Chinese homes, creating demand for mobile devices in cars. For example, the music of the mobile phone is played through the car stereo, the navigation information of the mobile phone is broadcast by the car sound, and the mobile device is charged with the power supply of the car. In this paper, a Bluetooth to FM (Frequency Modulation Broadcasting) on-board charger with excellent performance is developed to meet the needs of the above functions. This automobile electronic product synthetically uses the traditional Bluetooth technology, the FM transmitter technology and the on-board power supply quick charge technology, designs a car music player with the charge function, combines the on-board power supply, the user's mobile phone and the automobile sound. Serve the user. The main research contents of this paper are as follows: (1) hardware realization: the power supply part uses the special car filling power supply chip, which has the characteristics of wide input voltage range, strong output current ability and complete protection function. Combined with a dedicated USB charging protocol identification chip, it can support Apple and tablet charging protocols, Samsung phones and tablet charging protocols, and Android phones and tablet charging protocols in general. The Bluetooth part uses the Bluetooth chip of CSR company, supports Bluetooth protocol V4.2, supports A2DP and Handset protocol, and uses the FM transmitter chip of RDA Company in FM part. The main control part is composed of STC15 series 51 kernel single-chip microcomputer, which is responsible for the control of Bluetooth power supply, keys and LED, as well as the control of FM chip through I2C bus. (2) Software realization: the master control software adopts Keil C51 integrated development environment. Bluetooth software adopts ConfigTool-CSR8600 ROM series parameter setting software. (3) Test verification: finally, by testing the RF performance and audio performance of FM, the electrical performance of USB charger and the audio characteristic of the whole machine, the practicability of the developed product is verified.
