大口径天线校正网络中功率和相位分析

【摘要】:校正网络分析一般只考虑其发射校正和接收校正工作状态,但对于大口径阵面天线的情况,由于阵面口径大,除了校正状态外,在系统正常工作状态时,也经常会出现各通道馈电口的相位相差很大,甚至会出现反相的情况。所以在设计校正网络时,就必须论证整个雷达系统存在的各种工作状态对校正网络的影响,避免出现校正网络内局部承受功率过大而烧毁网络的现象。利用ADS软件建立电路模型,进行分析雷达系统各种工作状态时,校正网络中功率和相位的分布。通过仿真分析,可以清晰地掌握校正网络内部各处承受功率的情况,有效地提高了校正网络的设计可靠性。分析结果准确、可靠、有效。
[Abstract]:Generally speaking, calibration network analysis only considers the working state of transmission correction and receiving correction. However, for the large aperture array antenna, in addition to the correction state, in the normal working state of the system, due to the large aperture of the array, Often, the phase of the feed port varies greatly, and even the phase inversion occurs. Therefore, when designing the calibration network, we must demonstrate the influence of various working states of the whole radar system on the correction network, and avoid the phenomenon that the local power in the correction network is too large and the network is destroyed. The circuit model is established by using ADS software to correct the distribution of power and phase in the network when analyzing the various working states of radar system. Through simulation and analysis, we can clearly grasp the situation of the power bearing in various parts of the correction network, and effectively improve the reliability of the design of the correction network. The analytical results are accurate, reliable and effective.
