基于Hadoop的分布式视频转码系统的研究与设计

【摘要】:视频转码是视频录制到播放不可或缺的一个重要环节之一,然而单机版视频转码耗时长,特别是大视频转码。该文采用一种基于Hadoop的分布式视频转码系统,使用Hadoop的Map Reduce分布式框架,通过JNI对FFmpeg库的调用,实现分布式的视频转码。实验结果,相比单机版视频转码,分布式视频转码有明显的优势。
[Abstract]:Video transcoding is one of the most important links between video recording and playback. However, single video transcoding takes a long time, especially for large video transcoding. In this paper, a distributed video transcoding system based on Hadoop is adopted. The distributed video transcoding is realized by using the Map Reduce distributed framework of Hadoop and the call of FFmpeg library by JNI. Experimental results show that distributed video transcoding has obvious advantages compared with single video transcoding.
