【摘要】:正最近几十年来,旋转或扇扫天线已成为用以辨别雷达的显著特征,但是现在雷达机扫天线正逐渐被电扫描天线所取代。电扫描天线可实现几乎瞬时的波束控制,目前分为被动和主动两种形式,分别称作无源电扫描阵列(PESA)和有源电扫描阵列(AESA)。从PESA到AESA PESA天线阵列采用移相器。与常规的电扫描天线一样,PESA天线阵列采用一个独立的大功率发射机馈电。当单片微波集成电路(MMIC)技术使制造更小的天线单元成为可能,使每个单元都可配备独立的有源发射和接收
[Abstract]:In recent decades, rotating or fan-scan antennas have become a significant feature of radar identification, but they are gradually being replaced by electric scanning antennas. The electric scanning antenna can realize the almost instantaneous beam control, which can be divided into passive and active forms at present, which are called passive electric scanning array (PESA) and active electric scanning array (AESA)., respectively. The antenna array from PESA to AESA PESA uses a phase shifter. As with conventional electrically scanned antennas, the PESA antenna array is fed by an independent high-power transmitter. When monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) technology makes it possible to manufacture smaller antenna units, each unit can be equipped with separate active transmitters and receivers
