触摸屏绑定用光学胶特性研究

【摘要】:针对液晶面板和触摸屏绑定后容易出现显示Mura的问题,提出了不同液晶原屏需选用不同光学胶或者不同绑定工艺的方法。首先,对液晶屏的结构进行等效简化,将其等效为:上偏光片、CF基板、液晶层、TFT基板以及下偏光片,并对不同液晶原屏的各部分参数进行测试。接着,根据实际尺寸建立仿真模型并将光学胶的参数代入进行仿真分析。热分析结果表明,不同的液晶原屏需要采用不同热力学参数的光学胶进行绑定。通过仿真得出结论,文中所用的液晶原屏1需采用弹性模量为1.65×10~8Pa以下、线膨胀系数为1.2×10~(-3) m/℃以下的光学胶,而液晶原屏2需采用弹性模量为1.65×10~7Pa以下、线膨胀系数为1.2×10~(-3) m/℃以下的光学胶。本文提出的光学胶的选用方法可操作性强,对实际生产中的良品率提高具有重要的意义。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that Mura display is easy to appear when LCD panel and touch screen are bound, a method of selecting different optical adhesive or different binding process for different LCD panel is put forward in this paper. Firstly, the structure of LCD screen is simplified equivalent to: upper polarizing plate, CF substrate, liquid crystal layer, TFT substrate and lower polarizing plate, and the parameters of each part of different LCD screen are tested. Then, the simulation model is established according to the actual size, and the parameters of optical adhesive are substituted for simulation analysis. The results of thermal analysis show that different liquid crystal screens need to be bound by optical adhesives with different thermodynamic parameters. The simulation results show that the elastic modulus of LCD panel 1 is less than 1.65 脳 10~8Pa and the linear expansion coefficient is below 1.2 脳 10 ~ (- 3) m / 鈩,
