基于视频集成及智能分析的一键式程序化控制技术研究

【摘要】:现有的视频监控存在多方面的不足,未能和SCADA系统融合,不同类型的视频设备集成到变电站监控系统存在困难。提出了分层分布式的系统架构设计,视频监控和SCADA系统深度集成,为变电站高级应用构建了统一应用支撑平台,实现了基于视频集成及智能分析的一键式程序化控制。采用多种算法对电气设备的运行状态进行分析,将分析结果作为程序化操作的判据之一,实现了程序化控制的多源确认。重点阐述了视频集成、程序化操作多源确认、视频智能分析、视频联动和智能巡检等功能。研制的系统已经在多个智能变电站得到成功应用。
[Abstract]:There are many shortcomings in the existing video surveillance system, and it is difficult to integrate different types of video equipment into substation monitoring system because of the lack of integration with SCADA system. A hierarchical and distributed system architecture design, video surveillance and deep integration of SCADA system are proposed. A unified application support platform is constructed for advanced applications of substations, and one-button programming control based on video integration and intelligent analysis is realized. A variety of algorithms are used to analyze the running state of electrical equipment. The analysis results are regarded as one of the criteria of programmed operation, and the multi-source verification of programmed control is realized. The functions of video integration, multi-source confirmation of programmed operation, video intelligent analysis, video linkage and intelligent inspection are described in detail. The developed system has been successfully applied in many intelligent substations.
