2发2收同时同频全双工基站射频电路关键技术与验证

【摘要】:在信息大爆炸的今天,大量的数据需要传输,频谱已经是稀缺资源的困境使人们将焦点放在提高频谱利用率上。传统的时分和频分技术分别浪费了一半的时隙和频谱,而同时同频全双工技术理论上将频谱利用率提高一倍,受到了国内外的广泛关注。在同时同频全双工通信中,近端发射通道产生的有用信号严重影响接收机的正常工作,因此需要抑制近端自干扰信号来保证正常通信。目前成熟的自干扰抑制技术主要在天线部分、射频部分和基带部分应用。本文设计了一种在室内应用、体积小、满足两发两收同时同频全双工通信需求的射频电路,并进行实现验证。首先,介绍了常用收发机的结构及各自的优缺点,阐述了同时同频全双工通信的原理以及成熟的自干扰抑制技术,对比了国内外研究成果,分析了射频收发机在全双工通信应用中面临的挑战。其次,详细介绍了无线通信射频电路技术指标,对关键技术指标进行了理论推导并分析影响指标性能的关键因素,根据课题应用场景和3GPP对4G-LTE应用指标要求,制定了射频收发电路的关键技术指标,包括EVM≤6%、ACLR≤-45dBc和通道间隔离度优于80dB。再次,根据技术指标,设计了两发两收同时同频全双工通信射频收发电路的实现方案,确定收发通道的结构,对关键器件选型和关键性能指标链路预算,完成全双工射频电路的实现。最后,完成课题实物制作,对射频电路关键技术指标进行测试,详细分析测试结果是否满足设计要求,对不满足设计要求的指标给出调试方案并验证可行性,完成两发两收同时同频全双工通信技术在射频微基站电路中的工程验证。论文设计并实现了一款小型化同时同频全双工射频基站电路,包含两个发射通道、两个接收通道、两个反馈通道。经测试,电路性能指标满足室内基站实际工程要求,为推动同时同频全双工通信技术的实际应用做出了贡献。
[Abstract]:In the information explosion today, a large number of data need to be transmitted, and the difficulty that spectrum is a scarce resource makes people focus on improving the efficiency of spectrum. The traditional time division and frequency division techniques waste half of the time slot and spectrum respectively, and at the same time, the same frequency full duplex technology has doubled the spectrum efficiency in theory, which has attracted wide attention both at home and abroad. In the simultaneous co-frequency full duplex communication, the useful signal generated by the near-end transmitting channel seriously affects the normal work of the receiver, so it is necessary to suppress the near-end self-interference signal to ensure the normal communication. At present, the mature self-interference suppression technology is mainly used in antenna, radio frequency and baseband. In this paper, a kind of RF circuit is designed for indoor application, which is small in size and can meet the requirements of the same-frequency full-duplex communication at the same time of two transmissions and two receivers at the same time, and the implementation is verified. Firstly, this paper introduces the structure, advantages and disadvantages of common transceiver, expounds the principle of simultaneous full duplex communication and mature self-interference suppression technology, and compares the research results at home and abroad. The challenge of RF transceiver in full duplex communication is analyzed. Secondly, the technical index of radio frequency circuit for wireless communication is introduced in detail, the key technical index is deduced theoretically and the key factors affecting the performance of the index are analyzed.
