面向智能制造的工业连接现状及关键技术分析

【摘要】:随着美国工业互联网、德国工业4.0以及中国制造2025的提出,互联网、信息化与工业融合已成为实现智能制造的大趋势,而工业连接是实现智能制造的基础能力。基于此,首先介绍了工业领域OT与IT网络连接技术的现状,然后结合中国制造2025,对工业互联网的八大场景需求进行分析总结,并对工业连接的数据采集、IP网络、无线网络、标识解析以及网络安全等方面的关键技术进行分析,最后结合国内现状,对工业连接的未来趋势进行展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of American Industrial Internet, German Industrial 4.0 and Chinese Manufacturing 2025, the integration of Internet, informatization and industry has become the main trend to realize intelligent manufacturing, and industrial connection is the basic ability to realize intelligent manufacturing. Based on this, this paper first introduces the status quo of OT and IT network connection technology in the industrial field, and then analyzes and summarizes the eight scene requirements of the industrial Internet based on the 2025 made in China, and analyzes the data acquisition, IP network and wireless network of the industrial connection. The key technologies of label resolution and network security are analyzed. Finally, the future trend of industrial connection is prospected according to the current situation in China.
