具有WIFI调光功能的120W RGBW LED驱动设计
[Abstract]:In order to meet the demand of intelligent LED lighting, a RGB W four-color LED driver power supply with dimming function of WIFI is designed. The brightness and color of RGB W four-color LED lamp string are controlled by mobile phone App, in order to meet the power needs of various occasions. The maximum output power of the driver is 120W, and has the functions of adjustable output power, wireless remote control, dimming color modulation and so on. The main work of this paper is as follows: based on the comparison and analysis of several existing LED driver structures, the three-stage drive structure of PFC LLC resonant half-bridge BUCK is adopted. By analyzing the main causes of EMI problem in LED switching power supply, the driving EMI filter is designed. This paper introduces the working principle of PFC circuit in critical conduction mode, calculates the main circuit parameters of PFC and designs the control circuit based on L6562AT, which improves the driving power factor. This paper introduces the working principle of the LLC half bridge resonant converter, calculates the main circuit parameters of the LLC converter and designs the control circuit based on L6599AT, and realizes the ZVS (Zero Voltage Switch, of the MOSFET switch tube. The zero-voltage switching (ZVS) and the ZCS (Zero Current Switch, zero-current switch (ZCS) of the secondary rectifier reduce the switching loss of the MOSFET switch and the rectifier diode, and improve the efficiency of the converter. This paper introduces the working principle of BUCK step-down current-stabilizing circuit, calculates the main circuit parameters of BUCK step-down current-stabilizing circuit and designs the control circuit based on LM3404HV. Four outputs are obtained to provide constant current for RGBW. This paper introduces the principle of PWM dimming controlled by WIFI, designs the MCU circuit based on STM8S005K6 and the WIFI module based on USR-WIFI232-T, and realizes the WIFI dimming and color modulation of LED. The test results of the prototype show that the electromagnetic compatibility of the driver meets the EN55015 standard, and the power factor is above 0.95 under 50% load and 100% load. Under the full load condition, the MOS switch of the LLC resonant converter is realized. The ZVS, rectifier diode is realized. Under the condition of full load 120W, the ZCS; can carry out 4 channels of constant current output, and the efficiency is more than 90%. Realized WIFI dimming color, dimming range of 0-100%. The design goal is achieved.
