用于宽频带毫米波RCS缩减的EBG结构及其在天线中的应用

【摘要】:本文提出了一种应用于毫米波频段的宽频带雷达散射截面(RCS)缩减的电磁带隙(EBG)结构。两种不同的EBG单元能在较宽的频带内产生180°±37°的反射相位差,对两种EBG单元进行棋盘式周期排布,使散射场重新定向,从而实现RCS缩减效果。仿真得出:在29.1GHz至41.9GHz频带内实现10dB以上的RCS缩减,相对带宽约为36%。并设计了采用棋盘式EBG结构的微带贴片天线,在保证辐射性能前提下能有效缩减天线的RCS。
[Abstract]:In this paper, an electromagnetic bandgap (EBG) structure for broadband radar cross section (RCS) reduction in millimeter wave band is proposed. Two different EBG units can produce 180 掳卤37 掳reflection phase difference in a wide frequency band. The chessboard periodic arrangement of the two EBG units makes the scattering field reoriented, so that the RCS reduction effect can be realized. The simulation results show that the RCS above 10dB is reduced in the 29.1GHz to 41.9GHz band, and the relative bandwidth is about 36%. A microstrip patch antenna with chessboard EBG structure is designed, which can effectively reduce the RCS. of the antenna under the premise of ensuring the radiation performance.
