基于IMADM模型的消费者采用智能医疗服务的影响因素系统

  在过去的几十年中,物联网医疗保健(loTH)的发展给医疗保健领域带来了巨大进步。loTH的先发制人,基于场景且易于访问的特点改进了传统的药物系统,并在患者和医护人员中引发了巨大的吸引力。loTH通过给在家或偏远地区的患者提供便利,极大地缓解了当前医疗资源短缺和分布不均的情况。但是随着市场的发展,消费者面对具有不同功能和特性的智能医疗保健服务时,选择合适的服务变得非常困难。业界最近面临的一个主要问题是如何鼓励推行智能医疗服务,并让顾客采纳。这项研究的主要目标是利用所提出的模型,来指导智能医疗服务提供商优化服务和营销策略。本文基于IMADM模型,构建了消费者采用智能医疗服务的影响因素系统。该模型采用决策与评估实验室(DEMATEL)流程、DEMATEL分析网络(DANP)方法和改进的VIseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje(VIKOR)方法相结合的改进 MADM 模型,讨论了促进智能医疗系统技术采用的标准/维度之间的相互依赖和反馈效应、最优替代选择以及系统修改。最后,本文在实证研究的基础上对提出的模型进行了评估,并进行了综合评...
