【摘要】:输血是抢救危重病人的一种特殊医疗措施,但是乳糜血会增加三高人群患动脉硬化等疾病的概率,为此国家在《全血及成分血质量要求》中规定禁止使用重度乳糜血。目前,定点或移动采血站大都采用肉眼观测的方法来判定血浆乳糜度,存在一定的人为误差。极少数大型采血站使用大型检测仪器如酶标仪等判定血浆乳糜度,需要使用昂贵的仪器且不便于携带。因此,微型化、低成本、高精度血浆乳糜度检测系统成为亟待解决的问题。本文针对传统血浆乳糜度检测方法存在人为误差大、仪器昂贵、体积庞大等问题,利用电荷耦合器件(CCD)灵敏度高及可靠性好等优点,搭建了一款以CCD (TCD1304)为核心的血浆乳糜度检测系统。血浆乳糜度检测系统由LED光源、光路系统、光电转换器件以及信号处理系统等组成。系统选用TCD1304AP作为光电转换器件,使用CPLD为其搭建驱动电路,利用AD9945芯片将CCD采集到的光信号转换成数字信号,采用SPI通信将数字信号数据传送到ARM9系列S3C2440处理器,并通过LCD进行结果显不。利用本文设计的血浆乳糜度检测系统,分别对不同乳糜度的血浆进行标定,得出快速血浆乳糜度的判定标准,利用该判定标准对血浆乳糜度进行检测及判定。实验结果表明,该检测系统能够快速准确的判定出血浆乳糜度,证明本文设计的血浆乳糜度检测系统具有检测准确率高、快速、便携等优点。
[Abstract]:Blood transfusion is a special medical measure for rescuing critically ill patients, but chylous blood will increase the probability of suffering from arteriosclerosis and other diseases in three high populations. Therefore, the State forbids the use of severe chylous blood in the quality requirements of whole blood and blood components. At present, fixed-point or mobile blood collecting stations mostly use the method of naked eye observation to determine the degree of plasma milk, and there is a certain human error. A few large blood collecting stations use large testing instruments, such as enzyme labeling instrument, to determine the degree of plasma milk. It is necessary to use expensive instruments and is not easy to carry. Therefore, the miniaturized, low cost, high precision plasma milk chylic detection system has become an urgent problem to be solved. In view of the disadvantages of traditional plasma chyle detection methods, such as large human error, expensive instruments and large volume, a plasma chyle detection system based on CCD (TCD1304) is built by using the advantages of charge coupled device (CCD) and high sensitivity and reliability. The plasma milk chylic detection system is composed of LED light source, optical path system, photoelectric converter and signal processing system, etc. The system selects TCD1304AP as photoelectric converter, built the drive circuit for its use of CPLD, using the AD9945 chip to the optical signal collected by CCD is converted into digital signal, using SPI communication digital signal data is transmitted to the ARM9 series S3C2440 processor, and through the LCD display results. The plasma chyle measurement system designed in this paper was used to calibrate the plasma with different chyle levels, and the criterion of rapid plasma chyle was obtained. The plasma chyli was detected and determined by this criterion. The experimental results show that the detection system can quickly and accurately determine the chylous degree of hemorrhagic lotion. It is proved that the plasma chyle detection system designed in this paper has the advantages of high accuracy, fast and portability.
