【摘要】:人口老龄化加剧了老年医疗卫生问题的暴露。这种局面下,医疗活动家庭化成为对抗老年社会医疗压力的重要对策。本文将研究领域确定为老年人家用医疗监测产品,旨在为推进医疗产品家庭化提供研究支持。 本文采用功能驱动系统研究方法。将功能驱动设计研究作为突破口,其原因是:产品设计三要素中功能首当其冲,是产品存在的基本价值和前提。但目前功能驱动设计理论研究较少,尤其是针对监测类医疗产品的设计研究甚少。其次,医疗监测产品关系到人的生命健康,其功能的可靠性尤为突出,且老年用户机能衰退,功能设计上需要设计者予以更多考虑和关怀。 通过研究老年人家用医疗监测产品的三大属性(老年用户属性、家庭属性、监测属性),探究针对此类产品的设计策略和设计原则。研究发现:感官代偿设计策略、信息设计策略、病历管理策略、操作动作优化设计策略可用于老年医疗监测产品设计。 通过将功能设计理论研究结合家用医疗产品设计实例,梳理了功能驱动的设计方法。重点研究了两个大问题——功能表达与功能设计流程。采用功能系统分析方法、功能分解树、功能表达法对典型家用医疗产品进行分析。针对家用医疗监测类产品,分析研究功能设计流程中的每个环节。对家用医疗监测类产品功能设计中的典型功能问题进行研究,得到功能解决策略。利用“功能-行为-结构”映射关系可发掘设计的不足之处,促进改良设计方案的提出。依据人机工程原理进行操作界面设计;对显示界面进行信息设计;以功能实现为第一原则进行简洁化造型设计;以缓解检测引发的心理压力为原则,采用淡色调或无彩色系;采用全封闭式结构和易清洁材料,以保证卫生要求;简化使用步骤,使操作简便。 最后通过家用血糖仪设计实例对前文研究方法进行应用和验证。设计了虹吸采血针并将其内置,简化了原来繁复的操作流程、同时使产品外观简洁,,操作便捷,从而证实前文设计方法可行有效。
[Abstract]:The aging population has exacerbated the exposure of medical and health problems for the elderly. The family medical activity has become an important countermeasure against the pressure of medical care in the elderly society. In this paper, the research field is defined as the household medical monitoring product for the elderly, in order to provide research support for the promotion of family medical products. In this paper, the research method of functional drive system is adopted. The research of functional drive design is regarded as a breakthrough, the reason is that the function is the first of the three elements of product design. It is the basic value and premise of product existence. However, there are few researches on the theory of functional driven design, especially on the design of monitoring medical products. Secondly, medical monitoring products are related to human life and health. The reliability of the function is especially prominent, and the function of the old user is declining. The design of the function needs more consideration and concern from the designer. Through the study of the elderly family medical monitoring product three attributes (elderly user attributes, family attributes, monitoring attributes). Explore the design strategies and design principles for such products. The study found: sensory compensation design strategy, information design strategy, medical record management strategy. The optimal design strategy of operation action can be used in the design of geriatric medical monitoring products. Through the functional design theory research combined with the household medical product design example. Combing the design method of function drive, focusing on two major issues-function expression and function design flow, using functional system analysis method, functional decomposition tree. The functional expression was used to analyze the typical household medical products. Analysis of each link in the research function design process. The typical functional problems in the functional design of household medical monitoring products are studied. The functional solution strategy is obtained. The shortcomings of the design can be explored by the "Function-Behavior-Structure" mapping relationship, and the improved design scheme can be promoted. The operational interface design is carried out according to the principle of ergonomics. Information design for display interface; Taking function realization as the first principle to carry on the succinct modelling design; To alleviate the psychological pressure caused by the test as the principle, using light tone or no color system; Adopt completely enclosed structure and easy to clean materials to ensure hygiene requirements; Simplify the operation procedure and make the operation simple. Finally, through the household blood sugar instrument design example to the previous research method is applied and validated. The siphon blood needle is designed and built in, which simplifies the original complicated operation flow and makes the appearance of the product simple. The operation is convenient, which proves that the previous design method is feasible and effective.
