【摘要】:油浸式电力变压器顶层油温超过允许限值时表示该变压器处于非正常运行状态。研制了一种深度可调式光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)油温传感器。该传感器中FBG处于悬空状态,其中心波长的变化只受到温度的影响,通过油浸式电力变压器顶部的管座,将该传感器浸入变压器的顶层油中,旋拧铜管外侧的调节螺母以调节传感器浸入变压器油中的深度,对该传感器中FBG的中心波长进行实时监测即可实现对变压器顶层油温的在线监测,反映变压器的运行状态。实验表明:该传感器的灵敏度为9.8pm/℃,重复性误差为1.78%FS,非线性误差为2.4%FS,滞后误差为1.5%FS。
[Abstract]:When the top oil temperature of oil-immersed power transformer exceeds the allowable limit, it indicates that the transformer is in abnormal operation state. A kind of depth adjustable fiber Bragg grating is developed. Oil temperature sensor. The FBG in the sensor is suspended. The change of the center wavelength is only affected by temperature. The sensor is immersed in the top oil of the transformer through the pipe seat at the top of the oil-immersed power transformer. In order to adjust the depth of the sensor immersed in the transformer oil, the on-line monitoring of the oil temperature of the top layer of the transformer can be realized by real-time monitoring the central wavelength of the FBG in the sensor by screwing the adjusting nut on the outside of the copper tube.
