【摘要】:加速度计动态特性研究为加速度计在航空、兵器等领域的应用提供了重要支撑。加速度计具备固有的动态特性,研究中需要对其进行准确的测试。随着加速度计测试精度的提升,对测试系统集成的要求不断提高,现有的传感器测试系统性能和功能无法满足加速度计测试需求。计算机技术和测试技术的发展,为测试系统的集成提供了新的发展空间,结合虚拟仪器技术实现加速度计动态特性测试系统硬件和软件的集成与系统的实现具有重要的意义和应用价值。本文通过详细分析加速度计动态特性测试需求特点,结合虚拟仪器技术,研究加速度计动态特性测试系统的集成与实现方法,给出了加速度计动态特性测试系统的体系结构和集成与实现的总体设计理念以及各功能模块定义;结合PXI总线虚拟仪器技术,集成了加速度计动态特性测试系统,给出了软硬件设计和实现的方法,并针对具体测试需求设计和实现了主要软件模块。加速度计动态特性测试系统数据分析功能模块实现了数据处理、加速度计模型参数辨识及动态特性测试结果分析。实验结果表明,基于虚拟仪器技术的加速度计动态特性测试系统集成方法具备可行性,所集成的加速度计动态特性测试系统实用性强,并能提供丰富友好的软面板。加速度计动态特性测试系统的集成与实现能够为加速度计动态特性的测试工作提供重要支撑。
[Abstract]:The research on the dynamic characteristics of accelerometers provides an important support for the applications of accelerometers in aviation, weapons and other fields. Accelerometers have inherent dynamic characteristics. With the improvement of the precision of the accelerometer, the requirement of the test system integration is raised. The performance and function of the existing sensor testing system can not meet the requirements of accelerometer testing. The development of computer technology and test technology provides a new development space for the integration of the test system. The integration of hardware and software of accelerometer dynamic characteristic test system with virtual instrument technology and the realization of the system have important significance and application value. This paper analyzes the requirement of accelerometer dynamic characteristic test in detail. Point. Combined with virtual instrument technology, the integration and implementation method of accelerometer dynamic characteristic test system are studied. The architecture of the accelerometer dynamic characteristic testing system, the overall design concept of integration and implementation and the definition of each function module are given. Combined with PXI bus virtual instrument technology, the dynamic characteristic test system of accelerometer is integrated, and the design and implementation of hardware and software are given. The main software module and the data analysis module of accelerometer dynamic characteristic testing system are designed and implemented according to the specific test requirements. The experimental results show that the integration method of accelerometer dynamic characteristic testing system based on virtual instrument technology is feasible. The integrated accelerometer dynamic characteristic test system is practical. The integration and implementation of accelerometer dynamic characteristic test system can provide important support for the testing of accelerometer dynamic characteristics.
