若干工况条件下涡轮流量计性能的研究

【摘要】:涡轮流量计是一种测量流体流量的计量用具,其主要用途是定量计量气体或液体。目前国内的涡轮流量计生产厂家大多使用标准表法检定装置或负压法音速文丘里喷嘴检定装置对涡轮流量计进行常温常压下的检定,但在涡轮流量计的实际应用中经常出现与检定工况差异较大的情况。随着工况条件的改变,涡轮流量计的计量性能也将受到影响。本文进行了若干工况条件下涡轮流量计性能的研究,主要研究内容如下:(1)分析了涡轮流量计的工作原理并建立数学模型,根据数学模型分析了涡轮流量计产生测量误差的原因;(2)对比分析涡轮流量计的国家标准和欧洲标准之间的差异,为研究涡轮流量计的性能提供依据;(3)搭建涡轮流量计常温常压实验台,进行不同叶轮角度和不同轴承及不同的轴承安装位置条件下涡轮流量计性能的实验研究,并结合理论进行分析;(4)搭建涡轮流量计低温常压实验台,对气体涡轮流量计在流体温度从-25℃至40℃变化的工况条件下进行了实验,研究分析了流体温度变化对涡轮流量计性能的影响,并结合理论进行对比分析;(5)搭建涡轮流量计常温高压实验台,对气体涡轮流量计在流体压力从1.5bar至8bar变化的工况条件下进行了实验,研究分析了流体压力变化对涡轮流量计性能的影响,并结合理论进行对比分析。
[Abstract]:A turbine Flowmeter is a measuring device for measuring fluid flow. The main purpose is to measure gas or liquid quantitatively. At present, most of the domestic turbine Flowmeter manufacturers use the calibration device of standard meter method or the negative pressure method of Venturi nozzle to calibrate the turbine Flowmeter at room temperature and atmospheric pressure. However, in the practical application of turbine Flowmeter, there is often a big difference from the calibration condition. The metering performance of turbine Flowmeter will also be affected. In this paper, the performance of turbine Flowmeter under some working conditions is studied. The main research contents are as follows: 1) the working principle of turbine Flowmeter is analyzed and the mathematical model is established. According to the mathematical model, the cause of measurement error of turbine Flowmeter is analyzed. (2) the difference between national standard and European standard of turbine Flowmeter is compared and analyzed. In order to study the performance of turbine Flowmeter, an experimental platform of turbine Flowmeter at room temperature and atmospheric pressure was built, and the performance of turbine Flowmeter was studied under different impeller angles, different bearings and different bearing mounting positions. Based on the theoretical analysis, an experimental platform for turbine Flowmeter at low temperature and atmospheric pressure was built.
