超导重力梯度仪检验质量精密电解匹配

【摘要】:航空重力梯度仪作为最有效的资源勘探工具之一在全世界范围内得到了广泛研究。超导重力梯度仪由于其噪声水平低被公认为是进行资源高效勘探最有前景的仪器。然而,由于飞机运动平台的噪声比较大,超导重力梯度仪很难达到其理论分辨率,实际的分辨率取决于其共模抑制比的大小。为了获得高的共模抑制比,需对超导重力梯度仪中两加速度计的参数进行匹配,其中,检验质量的匹配尤为重要,因为它直接决定了加速度计的本征频率和传递函数。本文针对超导重力梯度仪中检验质量的精密匹配提出了一种行之有效的工艺方法。根据超导重力梯度仪的测量原理,要达到1E Hz的分辨率,检验质量的重量需匹配到相差100μg,隔板厚度需匹配到相差10μm,所有表面需实现光洁。对比了几种均匀移除表面质量的工艺方法后,我们选择了电解的方法来对超导重力梯度仪中的检验质量进行匹配。为了获得最佳工艺参数,我们通过测试电解时极化曲线分析了温度、槽压、电极间距等对电解的影响。最终确定检验质量匹配的参数为:电解液温度10℃,槽压7 V,两极间距10mm。针对检验质量的特殊形状,我们分别设计了针对隔板匹配和质量匹配的夹具。在电解过程中,由计算机控制流经电解回路中的电量从事实现溶解质量的精确控制。完成了一对检验质量的匹配。重量匹配到相差约50μg,隔板厚度相差2μm,目前已成功应用到超导重力梯度仪中。
[Abstract]:As one of the most effective tools for resource exploration, airborne gradiometers have been widely studied around the world. Superconducting gradiometers are recognized as the most promising instruments for resource efficient exploration because of their low noise level. It is difficult for the superconducting gradiometer to reach its theoretical resolution due to the large noise of the aircraft moving platform. The actual resolution depends on the magnitude of its common-mode rejection ratio, and in order to obtain the high common-mode rejection ratio, the superconducting gravity gradiometer is difficult to achieve its theoretical resolution. It is necessary to match the parameters of two accelerometers in the superconducting gradiometer, among which, it is very important to match the quality of the two accelerometers. Because it directly determines the intrinsic frequency and transfer function of accelerometers, this paper presents an effective process method for precision matching of test mass in superconducting gradiometers. According to the measuring principle of superconducting gradiometers, In order to achieve the resolution of 1E Hz, the weight of the test quality should be matched to 100 渭 g, the thickness of the partition should be matched to 10 渭 m, and all the surfaces should be smooth and clean. In order to obtain the best process parameters, we analyzed the temperature and the cell pressure by measuring the polarization curve of electrolytic time, and we chose the method of electrolysis to match the quality of the superconducting gradiometer.
