基于WINCE的天然气流量计算机系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:天然气流量计量是一项重要技术基础工作,是影响天然气产业发展的重要因素。流量计算机是负责天然气管道流量的测量设备,肩负着流量计量系统最基础的测量管理职责。因此保证流量计算机的运行稳定、计量准确十分重要。为了满足天然气流量计量的实时性和可靠性要求,开发一款稳定性高且性能优的流量计算机具有重要的现实意义。本课题以成都国光电子仪表有限责任公司天然气流量计算机系统开发升级项目为背景,设计并开发了一款高实时性、运行可靠的流量计算机。本文所设计与开发流量计算机应用于标准孔板流量计的天然气测量工作。在对孔板流量计流量计算方法的分析与研究基础上,优化了压缩因子计算流程,极大地缩减了流量计算耗时,使实时流量计算在本文所选硬件平台上得以实现。根据天然气计量系统技术要求,结合实际应用情况,确立了系统的总体架构。分析了硬件平台VP-25W1和WINCE系统特点,完成了软件架构的分析与设计,为系统设计了多线程工作体系与线性化的业务逻辑。针对业务需求,设计并开发了高效的内部寄存器系统,优化了数据处理流程并提高了系统性能。流量计算机软件使用C#语言编写,运行于.NET CF环境。软件以主工作线程为主体,主工作线程周期性地执行数据采集、流量计算、数据存储、显示刷新等任务。实时且高精度的流量计算确保了计量的准确性,采用前补偿算法完成流量补偿工作。开发了基于SQLite的数据存储管理系统,高效可靠地管理系统运行参数、历史数据和系统事件。Modbus TCP服务器和TCP服务器分别为监控中心提供实时流量数据和历史流量数据。设计并开发了RTU端监控软件,能够查看各路流量计实时数据和历史数据,且具备参数设置、流量计状态更改等功能。系统具备良好可扩展性和二次开发能力。本文设计并开发的流量计算机能够实时完成数据采集、流量计算、动态显示、参数设置、系统校时、实时数据上传和历史数据存储管理等功能,满足天然气流量计量的自动化、智能化和网络化需求,为定制性强、实时性要求高且稳定可靠的天然气流量计量设备设计与开发提供了方法和思路。
[Abstract]:Natural gas Flowmeter is an important technical foundation work and an important factor affecting the development of natural gas industry. In order to meet the requirements of real-time and reliability of natural gas Flowmeter, it is very important to ensure the stability and accuracy of flow computer. It is of great practical significance to develop a flow computer with high stability and excellent performance. This subject is based on the development and upgrading project of natural gas flow computer system of Chengdu Guoguang Electronic instrument Co., Ltd. The design and development of a high real-time, The flow computer is designed and developed in this paper and applied to the natural gas measurement of the standard orifice plate Flowmeter. Based on the analysis and research of the flow calculation method of the orifice plate Flowmeter, The compression factor calculation flow is optimized, the time consuming of flow calculation is greatly reduced, and the real-time flow calculation is realized on the hardware platform selected in this paper. According to the technical requirements of natural gas metering system, combined with the actual application situation, The overall architecture of the system is established, the characteristics of the hardware platform VP-25W1 and WINCE are analyzed, the analysis and design of the software architecture are completed, and the multi-thread working system and the linearized business logic are designed for the system. The efficient internal register system is designed and developed, the data processing flow is optimized and the system performance is improved. The flow computer software is written in C # language and runs in .NET CF environment. The main worker thread periodically performs tasks such as data collection, flow calculation, data storage, display refresh, etc. The real-time and high precision flow calculation ensures the accuracy of measurement. A data storage and management system based on SQLite is developed, which can efficiently and reliably manage the operation parameters of the system. The history data and system event. Modbus TCP server and TCP server provide real time flow data and history flow data for the monitoring center respectively. The monitoring software of RTU terminal is designed and developed, which can view the real time data and history data of various Flowmeters. The system has good expansibility and secondary development ability. The flow computer designed and developed in this paper can complete data acquisition, flow calculation, dynamic display, parameter setting in real time. System calibration, real-time data upload and historical data storage and management functions, to meet the natural gas Flowmeter automatic, intelligent and network requirements, for the customization, The design and development of natural gas flow metering equipment with high real-time requirement and stability and reliability are provided.
