扫描激励红外热波检测系统设计与实验研究

【摘要】:可靠便捷的无损检测技术对于设备运行的安全保障、降低维修成本、提前预防事故发生有至关重要的作用。红外热波检测技术具有快速、直观、非接触、一次观测面积大的优点,在电力、航空航天、汽车、石化管道等领域被广泛应用。随着红外热波检测技术的发展和应用,建立快捷、智能化的红外热波检测系统具有重要意义。针对红外热波检测现场、大面积检测的需要,本课题从软件、硬件两方面进行设计,建立了扫描激励红外热波检测系统。将一般PC计算机替代成小型的嵌入式工控机,适应现场检测要求。在.NET平台下,使用Visual C++设计了搭载在检测系统工控机上的用户操作软件。软件界面友好,功能丰富,具备红外图像显示、红外视频播放、视频格式转换、检测参数记录、激励源触发、红外视频和图像拍摄等功能,还针对扫描式检测的需要设计了自动触发功能。优化了系统控制方案,将摄像机控制和激励源控制集成化,设计了电路转接板和电池等模块。本课题还设计了热波检测数据信息管理平台,该平台采用B/S模式和三层架构方式,使用ASP.NET技术,实现了用户权限配置、检测对象信息管理、检测数据上传和下载、检测报告和维护报告录入等功能。本课题分别对碳纤维增强复合材料的损伤缺陷、钢箱梁U肋焊接处疲劳裂纹和钢板复杂形状裂纹进行了实际检测实验,验证了扫描激励红外热波检测系统的实用性。本课题设计的扫描激励红外热波检测系统在快捷、智能化红外热波检测系统的设计领域具有较好的参考价值和实际意义。
[Abstract]:Reliable and convenient nondestructive testing technology is very important to ensure the safety of equipment operation, reduce the maintenance cost and prevent accidents in advance. The infrared heat wave detection technology is fast, intuitive and non-contact. With the development and application of infrared thermal wave detection technology, it has been widely used in the fields of electric power, aerospace, automobile, petrochemical pipeline and so on. The intelligent infrared thermal wave detection system is of great significance. In order to meet the needs of the infrared thermal wave detection field and large area detection, this subject is designed from two aspects: software and hardware. A scanning excited infrared thermal wave detection system is established. The general PC computer is replaced by a small embedded industrial control computer to meet the requirements of field detection. Using Visual C, the user operation software is designed on the industrial control computer of the detection system. The software has friendly interface, rich function, infrared image display, infrared video playback, video format conversion, detection parameter record, excitation source trigger, etc. The functions of infrared video and image shooting are also designed to meet the needs of scanning detection. The system control scheme is optimized and the camera control and excitation source control are integrated. The module of circuit transfer board and battery is designed. The platform of thermal wave detection data information management is also designed. The platform adopts B / S mode and three-layer structure mode, and uses ASP.NET technology to realize user authority configuration and information management of detecting object. The testing data are uploaded and downloaded, the detection report and the maintenance report are inputted. In this paper, the damage and defect of carbon fiber reinforced composite material, fatigue crack of steel box girder U-rib welding and complex shape crack of steel plate are tested. The practicability of the scanning excited infrared thermal wave detection system is verified. The design of the scanning excited infrared thermal wave detection system has good reference value and practical significance in the field of fast and intelligent infrared thermal wave detection system.
