白细胞五分类多维光学系统的优化设计

【摘要】:传统的五分类血液分析仪一般与化学方法配合使用以提高白细胞的分类精度,增加了仪器结构的复杂程度和仪器的使用、维修成本。设计了一种特殊结构的光学系统,该系统引入了对后向散射光的检测,并采用直流(DC)信号、激光前向散射信号和后向散射信号相结合的方式实现了白细胞五分类。实验结果表明装有该系统的样机对LYM、MON、NEU、EOS、BAS的分类相对偏差均小于5%,其性能与血液分析仪Mythic 22接近。优化后的光学系统可完成对白细胞的原位检测和分类,且具有结构简单、性能稳定的特点。
[Abstract]:The traditional five-class blood analyzer is generally used in conjunction with chemical methods to improve the classification accuracy of white blood cells, increase the complexity of the structure of the instrument, the use of the instrument, maintenance costs, and design an optical system with a special structure. In this system, the backscattered light is detected and DC signal is used. By combining the laser forward scattering signal with the backward scattering signal, the five classification of white blood cells is realized. The experimental results show that the classification relative deviation of the prototype equipped with the system is less than 5%, and the performance of the system is connected with the blood analyzer Mythic 22. The optimized optical system can be used for in situ detection and classification of white blood cells. It has the characteristics of simple structure and stable performance.
