塑料管材耐冲击性能落锤试验机控制系统设计

【摘要】:针对塑料管材耐冲击性能测试过程中效率较低、试验结果判断智能化不高的缺点,运用计算机软件、自动控制等技术设计了一种塑料管材耐冲击性能落锤试验机控制系统设计,通过PC与下位机协同控制的方式实现落锤试验机的自动控制,使用计算机软件实现试验过程与数据的有效管理,完成塑料管材耐冲击性能结果的智能判定。经过具体应用,系统可以有效提高塑料管材冲击试验的自动化水平,提高试验效率。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the shortcomings of low efficiency and low intelligence in testing the impact resistance of plastic pipes, a control system of drop weight testing machine for the impact resistance of plastic pipes was designed by using computer software and automatic control technology. The automatic control of drop weight testing machine is realized by means of the cooperation control of PC and lower computer. The effective management of test process and data is realized by using computer software, and the intelligent judgment of the result of plastic pipe's impact resistance is completed. Through concrete application, the system can effectively improve the automation level of plastic pipe impact test and improve the test efficiency.
