钛合金高温FLD试验系统

【摘要】:在考虑了高温成形极限试验中高温模具的传热理论分析之后,设计了高温成形极限模具和板料的加热冷却控温系统,并建立了钛合金板材热成形环境下的高温成形极限试验平台。基于该高温成形极限试验系统和高温成形极限试验流程,获得并分析了TC钛合金板料在650,700和750℃这3种试验条件下的板料温度变化趋势,同时完成了700℃下的TC钛合金高温成形极限试验。温度验证结果表明,钛合金板料在3种温度的试验条件下,温度变化幅度均小于±10℃,验证了系统的可靠性。在通过验证该高温试验系统的可靠性之后,获得700℃高温环境下钛合金板材的成形极限试验数据。
