基于蓝牙通信的推衍十二导联心电监测原理与技术

【摘要】:推衍十二导联是一种采用五个测量电极获得标准十二导联心电图的理论。对于便携式的心电检测设备来说,系统设计要足够简单且便于操作。标准十二导联由于其需要十个电极且包含肢体电极,导致电极易于缠绕,同时其不适合长时间监测。推衍十二导联只要四个胸部电极和一个接地电极,就可通过推衍获得十二导联心电信息,非常适合于便携式设备,也可用于长时间心电监测。本课题设计了一种利用推衍十二导联原理,以少电极获得标准十二导联信息的新型心电监测系统。该系统以手机为主机进行波形显示等操作,方便操作的同时便于推广。采用ADS 1294和MSP430F149单片机构成采集端,完成心电信号的模数转换,并用蓝牙通信接口进行数据传输。主机的数据处理与显示均采用Android编程。对于心电信号,一般幅值非常微弱,系统设计需要考虑进行滤波等处理。心电信号中的基线漂移、肌电干扰和50Hz工频干扰等分别采用数字滤波器和数字陷波器去除。然后系统通过对R波的检测,实现心率的计算。实验采用五个电极的实验样机采集正常人体的心电图,实现了心电采集的功能。与十个电极的标准十二导联心电图机的对比实验结果表明,两者在诊断参数上的平均误差3.76%,波形匹配很好。新系统在临床诊断和家庭保健等方面都有较大的应用前景。
[Abstract]:Degenerative twelve-lead is a theory of obtaining standard 12-lead electrocardiogram with five measuring electrodes. For portable ECG detection equipment, the system design should be simple enough and easy to operate. Standard 12 leads require ten electrodes and contain limb electrodes, which lead to the electrode winding easily, and it is not suitable for long time monitoring. With only four chest electrodes and one ground electrode, the twelve leads ECG information can be obtained by push-derivation, which is very suitable for portable devices and can also be used for long time ECG monitoring. In this paper, a new ECG monitoring system is designed, which can get standard 12 lead information with less electrode by using the principle of push-derivation 12 lead. The system uses mobile phone as host computer for waveform display and so on, which is easy to operate and popularize at the same time. ADS 1294 and MSP430F149 single chip microcomputer are used to realize the analog to digital conversion of ECG signal, and the Bluetooth communication interface is used to transmit the data. The data processing and display of the host are programmed by Android. For ECG signal, the amplitude is very weak, the system design needs to be considered to filter processing. The baseline drift, EMG interference and 50Hz power frequency interference in ECG signal are removed by digital filter and digital notch respectively. Then the system realizes the calculation of heart rate by detecting R wave. The electrocardiogram (ECG) of normal human body was collected by using the five electrode prototype, and the function of ECG acquisition was realized. Compared with the standard 12-lead electrocardiograph with ten electrodes, the experimental results show that the average error of the two parameters is 3.76, and the waveform matching is very good. The new system has great application prospect in clinical diagnosis and family health care.
