数字化超声波探头性能检测系统研究

【摘要】:针对目前传统的超声波探头检测系统中存在的设备多、操作复杂、数字化程度低等问题,该项目应用计算机技术、自动化控制技术和现代信号处理技术,建立了一套适应于实际需求的数字化超声波探头性能测试系统。介绍了系统的检测原理及系统组成,阐述了系统的关键技术,并进行了实验与数据分析。目前该系统已成功应用于工程实践中,具有功能实用、操作方便、自动化程度高的特点,可准确完成对探头性能的评估分析,并可以出具准确、可靠的检测报告。
[Abstract]:In view of the problems existing in the traditional ultrasonic probe detection system, such as more equipments, complicated operation and low digitization, the project applies computer technology, automatic control technology and modern signal processing technology. A digital ultrasonic probe performance test system is established. The principle and composition of the system are introduced, the key technology of the system is expounded, and the experiment and data analysis are carried out. At present, the system has been successfully applied in engineering practice. It has the characteristics of practical function, convenient operation and high degree of automation. It can accurately complete the evaluation and analysis of the probe's performance, and can issue an accurate and reliable test report.
