LAMOST天体光谱巡天
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on the independent innovation of the LAMOST telescope in China and the results of the spectral survey. LAMOST is a new type of reflective Schmitt telescope. It breaks through the technical bottleneck of large field of view and large aperture telescope required for large-scale spectral survey, and becomes the telescope with the highest spectral acquisition rate of celestial bodies in the world. From October 2011 to June 2014, LAMOST obtained 4.13 million celestial spectra, including 3.78 million star spectra and a parameter catalog of 2.2 million star spectra.
