基于RT-Thread的便携式健康监测仪的设计与实现

【摘要】:亚健康和慢性病人群比例不断增加使得人们越来越关注自身的健康状况,随时随地健康监测、有效的健康管理成为人们的迫切需求。可穿戴智能监测设备集成微小型化传感器、智能信息处理模块及无线通讯模块,可嵌入人们日常穿戴的衣物或佩饰中,或作为独立佩饰,实现人体运动生理信息的检测、分析、暂存和远程无线传输,是现代健康管理系统的重要构成部分。因此,研发一种既满足用户随身健康参数监测的需求,又能将用户健康参数上传健康管理服务器,获取健康干预方案,从而实现闭环健康管理的便携式健康终端设备具有重要意义。本文的主要工作包括:(1)通过对适合家庭、个人使用的便携式医疗电子设备应用需求和本课题组健康服务系统业务需求的分析,提出一种基于RT-Thread实时操作系统的便携式健康监测仪的设计方法,采用标准模块和独立设计相结合的方式,完成了心率测量模块、体温测量模块、能耗监测模块、睡眠监测模块、数据存储模块、GSM/GPRS模块、电源管理模块和人机交互模块等功能模块的设计。(2)采用微小型的传感器分别对人体心电信号、红外温度信号、加速度信号进行采集,实现了心率测量、体温测量、计步及能耗监测等功能。将健康参数上传健康管理服务器,从服务器端获取个性化健康干预方案,生成健康任务;用户实施健康任务,对执行情况进行跟踪监测和评估,可实现检测-评估-干预-再检测的闭环健康管理体系。(3)对关键检测指标心率、体温、步数的测量准确性进行验证,对45名志愿者进行心率测量对比实验,通过Bland-Altman方法分析表明45个点只有一个点落在95%LoA外;与水银温度计的温度测量进行对比,测量平均误差为0.16℃;在快、中、慢三种不同速度下对计步的准确性进行验证,其准确率可达99.5%。结果表明,本文设计的健康监测仪能够较准确的测量心率、体温、能耗等健康参数,可与健康管理服务器数据交互,为实现检测-评估-干预-再检测的闭环健康管理模式提供了一种可靠的解决方案。
[Abstract]:The increasing proportion of people with sub-health and chronic diseases makes people pay more and more attention to their own health status, monitoring health anytime, anywhere, and effective health management become the urgent needs of people. Wearable intelligent monitoring device integrates micro-miniaturization sensor, intelligent information processing module and wireless communication module, which can be embedded in clothing or ornaments that people wear everyday, or as independent ornaments, so as to realize the detection and analysis of human body motion and physiology information. Temporary storage and remote wireless transmission are important components of modern health management system. Therefore, it can not only meet the needs of monitoring the user's health parameters, but also upload the user's health parameters to the health management server to obtain the health intervention scheme. Therefore, it is of great significance to realize the closed-loop health management portable health terminal equipment. The main work of this paper is as follows: (1) through the analysis of the application requirements of portable medical and electronic devices suitable for family and personal use and the business needs of our group's health service system, This paper presents a design method of portable health monitor based on RT-Thread real-time operating system. By combining standard module and independent design, the heart rate measurement module, temperature measurement module and energy consumption monitoring module are completed. The design of function modules such as sleep monitoring module, data storage module, GSM/GPRS module, power management module and man-machine interaction module. The acceleration signal is collected, and the functions of heart rate measurement, temperature measurement, step calculation and energy consumption monitoring are realized. The health parameters are uploaded to the health management server and the individualized health intervention scheme is obtained from the server to generate the health task. The user implements the health task, carries on the follow-up monitoring and the appraisal to the implementation situation, may realize the detection-assessment-intervention-re-detection closed loop health management system. (3) for the key test indicator heart rate, body temperature, The accuracy of step measurement was verified. The heart rate was measured in 45 volunteers.
