MRS-TEM联用仪标准化测试平台的研制

【摘要】:MRS-TEM联用地下水探测系统是一种综合了MRS直接地下水探测和TEM间接地下水探测两种方法的新型地下水探测仪器系统。MRS-TEM联用地下水探测系统通过将MRS和TEM两种方法有机的结合起来,使其取长补短,有效地提高了地下水探测的效能。近年来,MRS-TEM联用仪在探测地下水,预防堤坝渗漏、矿井/隧道灾害水源超前探测等方面获得了广泛的应用。因此提高仪器的可靠性、稳定性就显得尤为重要,只有通过标准化的加工、测试才能保证仪器的质量、测量精度、一致性和重复性。 本论文的研究以国家重大科学仪器设备开发和应用专项《灾害水源(矿井/隧道)直接探测仪器装备研制与应用》的重要组成部分MRS-TEM联用仪为基础,针对现有测试技术的不足,制定仪器核心模块的生产质量控制标准、抗振性标准以及仪器的整机测试标准、抗振性标准,并研制出核心模块、室内整机功能、野外整机功能的标准化测试装置及制定了振动、温湿度测试方案。只有功能实现和性能指标达到要求的模块才能用于整机总装,只有功能实现和性能指标达到要求的仪器才能用于野外探测。模块的测试装置对模块进行全面系统的测试,保证了仪器组装前核心模块的稳定性与一致性;室内整机测试平台提供了一种模拟野外真实工作环境的测试方法,,检测仪器能否正常工作,保证仪器野外工作前功能和性能指标达到要求;同时分别提供了能够用于模块、整机温湿度和振动测试的标准化设备,进一步提高了仪器的稳定性及可靠性;最后应用便携式整机测试装置,为仪器在野外工作中遇到的突发状况提供了解决方案。 MRS-TEM联用仪从其核心模块生产过程的标准化到整机室内测试的标准化,提高了仪器的质量,为联用仪工程化奠定坚实的基础;野外测试的标准化提高了联用仪野外探测实验的工作效率,降低了工程成本。大量的测试实验及工程应用证明了本文的研究达到了预期效果。
[Abstract]:The MRS-TEM combined groundwater detection system is a new type of groundwater detection instrument system which integrates MRS direct groundwater detection and TEM indirect groundwater detection. MRS-TEM combined groundwater detection system by combining MRS and TEM The two methods combine organically. It can improve the effectiveness of groundwater detection. In recent years, MRS-TEM combined instrument has been widely used in detecting underground water, preventing dike leakage and detecting mine / tunnel disaster water sources ahead of time. Therefore, it is very important to improve the reliability and stability of the instrument. Only through standardized processing can the quality, accuracy, consistency and repeatability of the instrument be guaranteed. The research of this paper is based on the important component of MRS-TEM combined instrument, which is the development and application of national major scientific instruments and equipments, which is called "Development and Application of Direct detecting Instruments and equipment for disaster Water Source (Mine / Tunnel)". Aiming at the deficiency of the existing testing technology, the production quality control standard, the anti-vibration standard, the whole machine test standard and the anti-vibration standard of the instrument core module are formulated, and the core module and the function of the indoor whole machine are developed. Field function of the standardized testing device and the development of vibration, temperature and humidity test program. Only the modules of function realization and performance index can be used in the assembly of the whole machine, and only the instruments with function realization and performance index can be used in field detection. The testing device of the module carries on the comprehensive and systematic test to the module, which ensures the stability and consistency of the core module before the instrument assembly. The indoor testing platform provides a test method to simulate the real working environment in the field. The test instrument can work normally to ensure that the function and performance of the instrument can meet the requirements before the field work. At the same time, the standardized equipment which can be used for module, whole machine temperature, humidity and vibration testing is provided, which further improves the stability and reliability of the instrument. Finally, the portable testing device is used to provide a solution for the unexpected situation of the instrument in the field work. From the standardization of the production process of its core module to the standardization of indoor testing of the whole machine, the MRS-TEM instrument improves the quality of the instrument and lays a solid foundation for the engineering of the instrument. The standardization of field test improves the efficiency of field test and reduces the engineering cost. A large number of test experiments and engineering applications have proved that the research in this paper has achieved the desired results.
