【摘要】:针对自动腹膜透析治疗中透析液的加热方式复杂、加热慢、温度控制不精确等问题,设计了一套基于模糊自适应PID的自动腹膜透析温控装置。该装置以嵌入式处理器为控制核心,通过温度传感器实时监测透析液和加热部件温度,控制算法尽可能快地将透析液加热到预设温度并保持稳定,同时该设计具有过热保护功能。实验结果表明:该装置加热速度快,误差波动范围小,温度控制精度高。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems of complex heating method, slow heating and imprecise temperature control in automatic peritoneal dialysis treatment, etc. A set of automatic peritoneal dialysis temperature control device based on fuzzy adaptive PID is designed. The temperature of dialysate and heating parts is monitored by temperature sensor with embedded processor as the control core. The control algorithm heats the dialysate to the preset temperature as quickly as possible and keeps the stability. At the same time, the design has the function of overheating protection. The experimental results show that the heating speed of the device is fast and the range of error fluctuation is small. High precision of temperature control.
