多功能医疗分析仪控制系统—温度控制、电机控制研究

【摘要】:随着社会发展,人们对健康的关注度越来越高,医生可以通过生化、血凝和特定蛋白分析结果判断病人身体状况。针对城乡医院、救援和野外作战医院存在资金、空间不足的情况,设计多功能分析仪对占有广阔市场,提高生活品质具有现实意义。本系统根据朗伯-比尔检测原理对信号进行采集、处理和分析。主控板控制核心采用STM32F207芯片,通过AD590和帕尔贴对温度进行检测和控制,利用USB与PC机进行数据传输,选用Lv8729对电机控制进行细分,通过CAN总线实现泵阀控制。本系统引入RT-thread实时操作系统提高各模块的协调能力。针对仪器在不同地域使用环境的差别,设计自适应温度控制算法,实现温度的智能控制,实现±0.5℃精度指标。通过实验和仿真对常规控制、模糊算法和BP神经网络进行了比较。另外通过设计细分电路和加减速算法,提高电机运行速度,减少失步和过冲现象,提高检测的精度。通过实验证明该方法能提高每次检测的重复性并节约每次测试的时间。实现了对各模块的调试,包括图形化界面的设计。最后,对血液样本进行检测,测试结果符合仪器的测试指标。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, people pay more and more attention to health. Doctors can judge patients' physical condition through biochemical analysis, hemagglutination and specific protein analysis. Rescue and field war hospitals exist in the situation of lack of funds and space, the design of a multi-function analyzer to occupy a broad market. Improving the quality of life is of practical significance. The system collects, processes and analyzes the signal according to the principle of Lamber-Bill detection. The main control board control core adopts STM32F207 chip. The temperature is detected and controlled by AD590 and Partil, the data is transmitted by USB and PC, and the motor control is subdivided by Lv8729. The pump valve control is realized by CAN bus. The RT-thread real-time operating system is introduced into the system to improve the coordination ability of each module.
