数字化装焊车间焊缝识别与参数自动下达技术

【摘要】:数字化装焊车间在保证焊接产品质量稳定性、生产管理高效性、生产故障的可追溯性等方面展现出强大的功能与重要的价值。基于焊接数字化智能化的应用背景,自主研制了第一套二维码扫描焊枪控制系统,该系统具有焊枪扫查、方便快速、识别准确、自动获取、下达及时,适用于机器人、专机等焊接装备,还适用于半自动、手工焊机的参数设置,解决手工参数设置的错误和误差,实现了焊接工艺规范参数下达的数字化和自动化。本文主要做了以下几个方面的研究工作:1.自主设计了二维码扫描焊枪硬件系统36套,分别设计了两类一体化二维码扫描焊枪,包括注塑式一体化扫描焊枪和连接式一体化扫描枪;基于LabVIEW开发语言,设计了 QR二维码生成与识别软件系统,实现了焊缝的快速识别。2.基于SQL Server与LabVIEW,研制了二维码焊缝信息数据库系统,实现了数据库焊缝信息的存储、读取、报表生成以及焊卡工艺规范参数的自动调用。3.研制了焊接工艺规范参数自动下达,包括焊接工艺规范参数模拟信号输出模块和接口电路的设计,顺利实现了焊接电流、电压值的自动下达。4.测试和验证了本套二维码扫描焊枪控制系统稳定性和可靠性。测试并分析了五种不同内容形式和三种不同大小的二维码识别速率与稳定性;针对Q235表面堆焊,测试验证了焊接过程中二维码识别抗干扰能力;测试验证了焊接工艺规范参数自动下达准确性与可靠性;综合测试验证了系统的稳定性和可靠性。
[Abstract]:Digital assembly and welding workshop shows powerful functions and important value in ensuring the quality stability of welding products, high efficiency of production management and traceability of production failure. The first two-dimension code scanning welding torch control system has been developed independently. The system has the advantages of welding torch scanning, convenient, quick, accurate identification, automatic acquisition, timely delivery, suitable for welding equipment such as robots and special machines, and also applicable to semi-automatic welding equipment. The manual welding machine parameter setting, solves the manual parameter setting error and the error, The digitization and automation of welding process specification parameters have been realized. In this paper, the following research work has been done: 1. 36 sets of hardware system of two dimensional code scanning welding torch are designed, and two kinds of integrated two dimensional code scanning welding torch are designed respectively. The QR QR two-dimension code generation and recognition software system is designed based on the LabVIEW development language, including the injection type integrated scanning torch and the connected type integrated scanning gun, and the QR two-dimension code generation and recognition software system is designed based on the LabVIEW development language. Based on SQL Server and LabVIEW, a two-dimension code weld information database system is developed to store and read weld information. Report form generation and automatic transfer of welding card process specification parameters .3.The welding process specification parameters are automatically issued, including the design of analog signal output module and interface circuit of welding process specification parameters, and the welding current is successfully realized. The stability and reliability of the two-dimension code scanning welding torch control system are tested and verified. Five different content forms and three different sizes of two-dimension code recognition rate and stability are tested and analyzed. For Q235 surface surfacing, the anti-interference ability of two-dimension code in welding process is verified by test; the accuracy and reliability of welding process specification parameters are verified automatically; and the stability and reliability of the system are verified by comprehensive test.
