【摘要】:随着我国航空、航天、船舶与海洋工程等大型装备制造业的发展,对大型复合数控机床的需求量不断增加。详细地分析了国外大型复合数控机床在研发技术上的优势,探讨了产品规格、加工功能和精度的现状与发展趋势。在深入总结国内大型复合数控机床研发现状的基础上,探究了在产品规格和可靠性方面的发展趋势。对大型复合数控机床研发过程中所涉及到的关键技术加以讨论,并展望该领域未来发展的前景,为大型复合数控机床产业的转型升级提供了一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:With the development of China's large-scale equipment manufacturing industry, such as aviation, aerospace, ship and ocean engineering, the demand for large-scale composite CNC machine tools is increasing. The advantages of foreign large-scale composite NC machine tools in R & D technology are analyzed in detail. The present situation and development trend of product specification, machining function and precision are discussed. The development trend in product specification and reliability is explored. The key technologies involved in the research and development of large composite NC machine tools are discussed, and the prospects for future development in this field are prospected. It provides a certain reference value for the transformation and upgrading of large composite NC machine tool industry.
