基于GIS的中药资源动态监测填报系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:中药资源动态监测数据填报是中药资源动态监测体系的日常工作和重要任务之一,数据真实、准确是中药资源动态监测持续、健康发展的基础,而信息化是提升数据填报效率、填报质量的有效手段。为实现对全国中药资源变化的实时掌握,构建了中药资源动态监测填报系统。为解决实践中出现的问题,使用GIS技术实现了数据的多维化,提升了数据的安全性、实用性与规范性,为数据的后续处理奠定了基础。根据业务要求设计了12个表单,98个采集指标以满足中药资源动态监测工作的需要。该文从中药资源动态监测填报系统的开发内容、设计与实现、主要功能特点及应用效果进行了具体介绍。就GIS技术在中药资源动态监测数据填报中起到的作用,以及该系统是如何实现中药材的种植、生产、销售等数据的日常填报,满足中药材市场、集散地、种植地等外业环境的快速定位与信息收集等功能进行了阐述。
[Abstract]:Chinese medicine resources dynamic monitoring data filling is the daily work of the traditional Chinese medicine resources dynamic monitoring system and important Ren Wuzhi, the data is true, accurate is the traditional Chinese medicine resources dynamic monitoring, the healthy development foundation, but the informationization is enhances the data filling efficiency. In order to realize the real-time control of the changes of Chinese traditional medicine resources in China, a dynamic monitoring and reporting system of Chinese traditional medicine resources was constructed. In order to solve the problems in practice, the multi-dimensional data was realized by using GIS technology. Improved data security, practicability and standardization, 12 forms and 98 collection indexes are designed according to the business requirements to meet the needs of the dynamic monitoring of traditional Chinese medicine resources. In this paper, the contents, design and implementation of the dynamic monitoring and filling system for traditional Chinese medicine resources are introduced. The main function characteristics and application effect are introduced in detail. The function of GIS technology in the dynamic monitoring data filling of traditional Chinese medicine resources is introduced, and how to realize the daily filling out of the data such as planting, production and sale of traditional Chinese medicine by this system is discussed. The functions of fast location and information collection for the field environment of Chinese herbal medicine market, distribution center and planting area are described in this paper.
