基于ZigBee和MLX90614的铝电解槽温度监测系统的设计

【摘要】:针对铝电解槽侧壁传统温度检测误差大、时间不连续、成本昂贵、信噪比低等问题,设计了一种基于ZigBee和MLX90614非接触式红外温度传感器的铝电解槽侧壁温度监测系统。系统硬件选用CC2530为主芯片,MLX90614为温度测量传感器;系统软件基于TI公司的ZStack-2.5.1a协议栈进行设计,同时开发基于B/S模式(服务器/浏览器模式)的上位机软件帮助工作人员实时查看和分析温度数据。现场测试结果证明:该系统部署方便,网络数据传输可靠,节点采集温度的误差在3℃以内,上位机软件正常工作。该系统能够实现铝电解槽侧壁温度的实时监测。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of large error, discontinuous time, high cost, low signal-to-noise ratio and so on, the traditional measurement error of sidewall temperature of aluminum reduction cell is large. A side wall temperature monitoring system of aluminum reduction cell based on ZigBee and MLX90614 non-contact infrared temperature sensor is designed. The hardware of the system adopts CC2530 chip MLX90614 as the temperature sensor, and the system software is designed based on TI's ZStack-2.5.1a protocol stack. At the same time, the host computer software based on the B / S mode (server / browser mode) is developed to help the staff to view and analyze the temperature data in real time. The field test results show that the system is easy to deploy and the network data transmission is reliable. The error of node acquisition temperature is less than 3 鈩,
